Came to Bojangles this morning really wanting a chicken biscuit and hot fries, well not only did I have to wait in the drive thru for 28 mins, my food was cold. The money you pay is terrible compared to the value of the food and service. Stay away

Tuesday morning 7-15-2025 I walked in with 4 kids at 5:30am, was greeted by a young black gentleman, and I swear, this was the greatest dining experience I have ever had!! There was another young black man in the kitchen with braids, those were the only 2 employees I seen, but they both had smiles on their faces and really carried themselves like God loving gentlemen. THANK YA'LL

I'd also like to add that they are incapable of counting. Yet again I got screwed out of chicken because I trusted the employees to do the simplest task.

Good is always great. Should definitely have people with a personality at the drive through. The lady this morning obviously hates working there. This is one of my favorite places to come but, her attitude makes me think different. This is the best location ever!!!! Definitely should have people who want their job and actually like people.

They’re still slow sat in a line wrapped around the building for No cars moving nobody getting their food just sitting forever ended up, leaving and going to Slim chickens Their food is way better anyways and you’re in and out in no time

The young man who met me in the drive through was very pleasant and the food was delivered promptly. The problem was discovered when I got home. Never seen more pathetic chicken thighs! They were so small that I initially thought they had substituted the two thighs I ordered with two wings. Pathetic! And I appreciated the honey I asked for to go with my biscuit. Unfortunately, they left out the biscuit! Add the disgusting new sweet potato pie, and I can promise I’ll never eat at Bojangles in the future. Never! Bojangles use to be our family’s favorite chicken restaurant. The quality has fallen way off. Sad.

Why is there never anyone at the register inside bojangles to take your order ??
Why when you go inside to order you are treated like you wasn’t suppose to come in ??
How can you have a counter and a drive thru with two employees ??
This is pretty much every visit to any bojangles in the Charlotte area
Bojangles as a whole is very consistant in poor customer service
I am currently attempting to talk my daughter out of wanting it, I mean like ever because that’s the ONLY reason I even out myself through the pain of ordering from bojangles
