Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Please make Gingerbread ice cream, please and thank you!!

I have been coming to this location for over a decade. They always do a great job and the treats are great. On this particular evening, I wanted a milkshake. I ordered a small milkshake with the hollowscream ice cream and whipped cream. The ice cream was very good and it included peanut butter cups inside. I do wish the cups would have been blended because the shake had melted by the time you had gotten to the peanut butter cups at the bottom. I also got whipped cream on top but do you know it is an up charge to get whipped cream. overall, the staff to a great job in providing great service and products are good.

We love to visit Brusters.

We came here at 9:10pm on Saturday evening. They close at 9pm!
Ice cream shop closing at 9pm? How dumb is that? I have 2 disappointed kids calling you dumb!

Someone please update this location's hours. We were very disappointed that they were closed at 9 pm instead of the 10 pm on Google! And we got here at 9:09 pm.

This place sucks , the workers rude, talking on the windows and didn't want to get my order I'll rather drive 1 hour then vist this place again. I fill bad for the owner .

Just went to Brusters in Indian Trail, and the experience was horrible. I am hard of hearing and have hearing aids and explained that to the young girl. I asked her to repeat herself. She expressed frustration with me and started sighing and becoming exasperated. I told her that I was coming to the window so I could hear her. She pushed another another girl to come to the window so she would not have to deal with a deaf person. I asked if the manager was there and asked the new girl to tell the manager that I expect good customer service and not someone showing frustration with those who can't hear well. The ice cream that was sent out was sloppy leaking everywhere and was liquid. This Brusters has always been a good Brusters until today. In the past I have always tipped the max amount, but not today. I am disappointed that they do not teach how to give good customer service to their employees.

Ordered two turtle sundaes and both had no nuts or whipped cream or hot fudge. Very disappointed. Third container of strawberry ice cream didn’t come with order!

They don't have any of the flavors that are listed on the website 🙄 so annoying.
