I go this this place, because I get chocolate ice cream and Sammy gets chocolate ice cream as well. We went there with Princeton. Princeton got vanilla ice cream. We sit on the table.

The ice cream is good; a lot of sugar goes into it, but it’s so fluffy and fresh tasting. I asked one of the employees a while back if they knew when the White Chocolate Oreo was returning and she replied, “I don’t know, I’m new” and just stared back at me … meanwhile there were easily 5+ people inside; the correct response would have been “I’m new, but let me ask someone for you.” A learning opportunity. Brusters is great! The flavor variety is hard to match around here. It's good that some staples stay, but also, a lot of them change for people to come back and try some more! I recommend the raspberry truffle, can't miss that.My only grudge with brusters is that it seems like they've been adding more sugar to the mix lately, and I don't particularly enjoy that. It also seems like the teenagers working behind the window are always overworked and understaffed....
