I don’t even drink hot coffee… I described how I wanted it to taste and they EXCEEDED my expectations! The energy was customer service was on point! My new favorite coffee spot!

As a small business owner myself it pains me to see how bad a cup of coffee can be. Ordered two iced mochas and we ended up throwing them in the garbage after 2 sips each.

All the chocolate was sitting in the bottom of the cup so not mixed properly. Just did not taste like a mocha should taste.

The atmosphere was not inviting. Tables stacked on top of each other does not make a person feel welcome. No music at all. Extension cords everywhere making the place look hastily put together. Again not very inviting.

Pastry selection was not good. Display case was very scarce so did not want to eat anything from here.

Gentleman was nice and didn't do anything wrong from that standpoint but also did not make us want to stay to enjoy the place.

We left with our drinks and proceeded to go to another place around the corner and had a much better experience there.

Not sure if something happened today or what but definitely will not return.

I just randomly stopped in because I was doing something in the neighborhood and had been recommended by someone in passing and I will never go back. I ordered an iced toffee latte sweetened and I got an Iced Americano with no flavoring at all. The gentleman who made my order was nice but he clearly has no business making drinks because even after I specified what I ordered he looked at me confused. An iced latte comes with milk? A latte is a latte because it’s made with milk and yet I got an iced americano with nothing in it for $7.10. I just left instead of having to tell him how to make my drink because that’s just a waste of time when I’m sure the second drink would’ve been just as bad.

My all time favorite coffee spot. First and foremost the owner is a delight. She remembers her customers and their orders. She always has a smile. Now the coffee is delicious...I get a london fog and my hubby a vanilla latte and they are the best ...so creamy and full of flavor. You have to go....you won't regret it!!!!

Great drinks, and the sweetest owner! I’ll be back for sure!

The woman working was very nice and got my order made quickly. I ordered a medium decaf latte with carmel and it was $8.17 before tip. They charge $.50 extra for decaf which seems bizarre to me. The latte itself tasted 100% like just an iced coffee. While the overall taste wasn’t bad, it definitely didn’t taste like a latte and was not worth $8.17. I will not go back again.

Cup I want real quality cream

BEST COFFEE IN TOWN!!! We came to visit from out of town and this little spot was everything. From the service provided to the taste of their food and coffee. I highly recommend this establishment. Cant wait to visit again.

Kid-friendliness: Sweetest cashier to my granddaughter. She went out of her way to make her laugh and feel welcomed.

The iced black coffee was decent but unremarkable. While it was smooth and thankfully free of any acidity or burnt flavors, it lacked depth. There were no chocolate or nutty notes to add richness, leaving it somewhat flat in flavor. It’s an acceptable choice for a simple caffeine fix but not one I’d seek out for a standout coffee experience.

Not coming back to this place. For $11 I order a large cappuccino with a cheese danish. What I got was a small cappuccino in a large cup with a cold cheese danish. It’s theft! I want to support small businesses but not when they can’t deliver. Sorry Cathy, but you lost me.

My friend and I recently entered Cathy's Coffee while we were waiting for my hair appointment and the owner was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely patient while we were figuring out what we wanted, and not to mention the food was phenomenal that we had to go back for more. I highly recommend this coffee shop.
