Messed up my order and refused to give my money back unless I show up in person. Seems not very logical to me if someone does not live near by. If you mess up the order, customers should not have to pay for gas to drive back. Something for mgt to consider. How would you feel if you are the customer!!!

I NEVER do reviews so the fact that it was this bad that I had to make a review is sad. First starting off workers don’t repeat orders. And maybeee Id let it slide if they DIDNT get my orders wrong. And it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I order here for the past few months. It’s just the closest chic fil an unfortunately. Second literally drive through takes WAY too long to get orders out. Me and my husband were waiting for just 2 orders. Imagine a whole family. Which I didn’t have to imagine because today I ordered for my family with my husband. OH BOY, yall messed up so much imma point it out.
I got a mocha cream cold brew. Chocolate at the bottom. Worker once again didn’t repeat orders so either he didn’t put down that our sandwich was supposed to come with bacon or someone in BOH (back of house) messed up making the sandwich. We had 2 sandwiches that were supposed to come like that but 1 only had bacon. We also got an 8 count nugget but they counted a 8th “nugget” as a tiny piece of chicken. Laughable. The food doesn’t look presentable enough like squashed. And there’s food that ends up being too crisp. One time I even got my salad put with my husbands hot food. Please I wouldn’t go here and avoid it at all times unless I really have to. This is as of 8/22/25
Honorable mention: at least the co workers are nice. I’m usually a drive thru person.

They messed up our order and then tried to blame it on us and the big girl at the drive through had the absolute worst attitude. I didn’t even care to get the rest of my order and just left because I will not tolerate attitude like that. It’s not hard to just give me a drink and fries that I was willing to pay for even though they messed it up. I’m going to the Monroe Chick-fil-A from now on.

I used the drive thru at Chik-fil-a on Saturday OMW home from work. I got an original sandwich and 3 tenders. It was delicious as usual. The Indian Tral store had a ton of employees rushing around to get customers meals to them quickly...my hat is off to all of the team.

I understand that racism is still a thing, but it was just pretty obvious that at this location it on HIGH DEMAND. The manager Ian which was white as well try to come up with every reason in America while that was not true he apologize yes but I did not read the apology. I just need to tone in the atmosphere to be totally different or a person of color descent walk into the restaurant part of my family is mixed so color does not matter to me. What matters to me is customer service.

They’re new drive thru model is excruciating slow .Im not sure why this chik fil a operates differently than others , but it’s not same experience. I could’ve cooked breakfast at home faster if that tells you anything .
This place was nice and very clean but I wouldn't recommend the salads. The veggies just tasted old. I ended up drowning mine in dressing to get it down. I would go there again , I just would not get a salad.

Worst Chik-fil-a I’ve been to. First time I went the food was cold, but I went late so I left it alone (9:30-9:40). The second time I went I ordered a spicy grilled chicken sandwich, and they gave me breaded spicy chicken Deluxe instead. Tonight the Mac and cheese was so soupy. And it seems like every time I go they are out of something. Maybe I go at bad times I’m not sure. Nonetheless, everyone is always nice at the window.
