Worst Chik-fil-a I’ve been to. First time I went the food was cold, but I went late so I left it alone (9:30-9:40). The second time I went I ordered a spicy grilled chicken sandwich, and they gave me breaded spicy chicken Deluxe instead. Tonight the Mac and cheese was so soupy. And it seems like every time I go they are out of something. Maybe I go at bad times I’m not sure. Nonetheless, everyone is always nice at the window.

We drive through and ordered a 10pcs trips family meal. The 10 strips are like nugget sized. I want my real STRIPS like in the 3 pieces meal!!!Disappoint. I should check my order when I was there!

Great Chick-fil-A location, but the young blonde girl who stares into your soul and tells you “Jesus loves you so much“ after an otherwise fairly normal exchange is extremely offputting. I know this is a Christian company and I accept that, but a simple “God bless“ would suffice.
Usually I LOVE my chick fil a and all the employees, however this evening was ruined by off duty staff holding up the line with his Donald Trump impersonation and to the amusement of the staff, especially Lilly the cashier holding up the line for this social event, this was 6:50pm Thursday night. Y'all are kids I get it, but customers are waiting and have our own schedules. Do better chick-fil-a

Shout out to the morning crew Sophie, Tessa, Charlotte, Carisa, Cassie and you to Nathan. Been stopping for a spicy biscuit for awhile at 645 and they are on time, very polite and friendly! Makes it worth stopping. Great job ladies and you too Nathan!!

Did mobile thru and just made it home to realize they forgot my chicken sandwich. So 2 people in our family get dinner tonight instead of 3. Had to wait awhile for the food we did receive in the mobile line. Very disappointed in the service I received today.

Food is good sometimes when they get order right but just don't like Grissel in my chicken sandwich either. Need to do better than this to make visiting less of a chore. You have to make sure order is right evertime you visit and hope it's fresh when you leave. Never get Sauces or condiments, right when you plainly ask for a certain one. If you get home and your missing food after waiting 30 minutes in line all they will do is tell you to come back and get it and who wants to sit through that again. So make sure you have your food or overpay for what you do get and face it your doing that anyway.

Indian Trail location is horrible. Twice within a week I have had issues with Mobile Orders. August 20th I ordered a Cool Wrap Meal with 2 Avocado Ranch Packets and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal with Ketchup and Mayonnaise. Handed me my bag with no Cool Wrap, Ranch Packets, Ketchup, Mayonnaise, and Straws. Went back around, told the boy taking orders who spoke to someone on his headset and told me to drive around. Sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes to get to the "window/door" and sit there another couple of minutes until a girl walked up to my window and asked what my order was. I told her what the issue was and she stated "They didn't give you the Cool Wrap!?". I again explained what we were missing and she spoke to another girl. They took my bag and then pointed to a place in front of the drive thru to park. I told my daughter, "Watch, they will bring us just the Cool Wrap and not our bag with the rest of our food in it that they took." And yep that is EXACTLY what happened! I saw her walking towards our car with the plastic bag with the Cool Wrap. I told her, "Y'all took our other bag with the rest of our food in it". She laughed and mumbled "Why would they take your bag" but then said "Wait, I was the one that took it" and then took off running back to the window/door where another girl was standing and watching. She was talking to her and then both went back in for a moment and out comes the other girl with our bag and our drinks, which we already had. I tried to laugh it off because this place is run by teenagers. No actual adult seems to be on staff at any time I am there.
Now let me get to the cherry on top. I placed another Mobile Order for breakfast this morning (8/26) and my daughter went to pick it up. She gets through the drive thru only to be told my card was declined. Same card I always use, there is money in my account, so unsure why it's giving them issues. I pull up my banking app and there is a pre-auth for $29.76 for Chick-fil-a. I also receive text messages as soon as a transaction has taken place through my bank, which I did get one. I screenshot both and send them to my daughter to show them. I had $208.55 in my account and it was now showing $178.79. I told my daughter to park and I would call and speak with a manager. Spoke to Alaina or Elaina who was very sweet but could tell she was young. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. She explained that the card would not go through on their end and that it will show up as a pending charge on my bank and will fall off in 3-4? business days. I told her the money is showing removed from my account but it does say pending. She said she would try to get a director, Taylor, to speak with me, who was on site. She came back to the phone and said she spoke with them and told me the same thing. Of course upper management would dodge calls because they do not want to deal with it. I am pissed, was probably not the nicest to Alaina?, but I have never had an issue with my card there, especially when there is money in my account. So I am out $29.76, with no food to show for it and hoping the transaction will fall off in a couple of days. And I should notate that IT BETTER.
I can honestly say that after these two situations within a week, I will more than likely never visit the Indian Trail location again. Every time that we are there, it is all teenagers running the place. No actual adult seems to be on site, and if they are, they are hiding in their office. It is VERY clear this location needs more training and the presence of an adult at all times behind the counter.
Favorite stop for tea, icedream, and the cob salad.
