Management treats his employees terrible TIM you need to do better because your hard working employees is what keeps your doors open .without them you would not have a business to run period .

This is the Cookout I have been going to for over a year and a half now. Most of the time, they get everything right. They are human and make mistakes sometimes, buy they do make it right if they forget something. It's always hot and fresh and its pretty cheap to feed full a grown man who eats a ton and myself for less than $25. The chicken ranch wraps could use a little more ranch in myopinion but I always put a little more on it when I get home. They can also give you a ranch cup to put on it. The quesadillas are pretty good too. Sweet tea is always delicious. Thank you for being the best cookout guys!

I love cookout, have been to many and never had a bad food experience. Unfortunately this location's food falls very short. The burger was inedible. Completely overcooked and burnt on both side of the patty. Fries were mushy. My husband did enjoy his bbq sandwich though, so there's that.

Got everything in my order wrong, food was atrocious. Wasn’t even a rush. No excuses. I worked in the food industry, isn’t that hard. Do better, or start replacing staff.

Incompetent people running drive thru seems eveytime there is something wrong. This time not only was I over charged I didn’t even receive my entire order. Got home and felt robbed.

I’ve loved Cookout for years. I was stoked when they opened a location in Indian Trail. The food has always been on point, but the service has always been pretty inconsistent. That being said, the current crew is pretty good, but the shining star of their staff is Travis, who runs the front counter. His customer service skills are excellent and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and orders are correct. He’s always very patient with my family’s complicated orders, and always comes out to make sure everything is correct. Please give this fella a raise or a promotion. Travis is by far the best one in the building.
They really need to come up with some new straws for those milkshakes. I literally cut my tongue trying to drink that chunky peach cobbler milkshake out of the tiny straw. Ridiculous.

When I want a thick yummy milkshake, ahhh, this is my place. Don't forget to get a spoon. Ohh. The food is great too. Cheese curds. Hamburgers and hot dogs, I love this place. The staff is always friendly and efficient. They actually bring your order to you! The atmosphere is one of an extremely busy restaurant. The only thing I might do is to be sure the tables get washed. Once in a while, we get a sticky one. I just go and ask for a wipe down and sanitizer, which is done quickly. Cookout-a special place!

We came here on Memorial Day wanting to show my daughter from Pennsylvania about the Cookout experience. We had a great meal! She compared to the hot dogs as a familiar hot dog shop back home. We got the food fast and it was fresh. We additionally ordered 2 shakes, and they were as thick as ice cream. Good visit all around. Thanks!
