I went to this location on a Saturday night and was treated extremely poor by the manager Tim. We had a bug crawl out of our tray and when I notified the staff, Tim came over snatched the food from our table and threw it aggressively on the counters near the registers. I kindly told him his behavior was rude and disrespectful. He didn't like that and instead of remaking our food and giving us a discount he decided we would only get a refund and that was fine with me because as I mentioned before, a bug came out of our tray. I will never eat at this location again as long as Tim is running that location. The store was dirty and the mangers attitude was ugly. I hope cookout can hire someone that knows how to resolve issues and treat customers without confrontation. That guy is a terrible lead, if he acts that way he's only leading his crew to follow in his footsteps on how they treat customers but I will say the ladies that took my order were very sweet and done a great job, I hate they have to work for such a jerk like Tim.
Fast! The worker in the drive thru, the day I went, "literally" rolled her eyes when I said thank you, have a good day and she pushed her chin out as if to suggest, "leave please"... usually workers are pleasant but in a rush, I guess because they are usually trying to get through the very very long line when they are busy, they're busy!! But today, ugh, rude-tude and no line, so why the attitude ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¥ðŸ˜¥ðŸ˜¥ðŸ¤”🤔🤔 Wow! Food is always hot and fast, with the exception of getting through the line!!!! Anyway, I cannot stand not having an updated menu online, so here you go!!

It was a very different dining experience and what I've ever had at cookout. Usually it's just drive through there's nowhere to sit other than at an outside table this was different this is inside which is nice because it's cold

I saw Bible verses on your to go bags, but I didn’t see kindly manner of Jesus Christ in your old lady cashier. I also saw Bible verses on Chick-fil-A to go bags too. And I heard Jesus Christ’s gentle voice from every server at Chick-fil-A. So I’d rather choose to go to chick-fil-A and enjoy my meal happily, since life is short.
I don’t think I have EVER gone here a not had them forget half my shit. Get your shit together I shouldn’t have to check every time just to find out it’s missing all the utensils and straws. Disappointing because the food is great
