We visited on 8-30-25. I stopped by with my youth group to get a bite to eat after a day at Carowinds. Shatel was the manager working that day. We had around 25 kids and I stopped by without calling ahead(I know shame on me) but I had confidence in this place as my family eats here almost every Sunday. Let me tell you, the staff working that day was on it. They worked hard and took all of our orders and got the fresh, made when you order delicious food out in a timely manner to all of our youth. They were so nice and respectful and did not act the least bit flustered with us. They did all of this while taking care of other customers as well. I just wanted to come on here and brag about how well they did. We love this Culvers. This isn't just an ordinary fast food restaurant. They make you feel right at home when you are here. The managers are fantastic and so are all of the staff. I have never had a staff member be rude to me. Go and support this Culvers if you are craving delicious fresh made food. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I typically don’t eat fast food, but since I’m new to the area, I received an offer for a free meal from the USPS welcome kit, and I couldn’t resist. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by everyone, including the general manager, Adriana. She does a wonderful job of leading by example to create a harmonious inviting work atmosphere—everything was clean, and everyone was working together. And I have to admit I enjoyed the food as well I’m glad I treated myself to this experience.

The food itself was good however, I felt that it was not worth the price that I paid. The tenders are pretty good however I felt the chili cheese fries were mediocre. What rubbed the worst was when I was given the worker just read my order with an attitude handed my food and left. Not trying to be too picky, overall I thought it was decent, and I will be giving Culver’s another chance.
