Called them at opening on a recent Saturday to order 8 pizzas for my son’s 2nd birthday. The man I spoke with acted very put off that I had not placed my order 24hrs in advance. When I told him I didn’t know to do that since I didn’t feel like 8 pizzas was anything out of the ordinary for a pizza chain, and asked him if I could order just a few pizzas now and more later, he told me they could not handle my order at all because they were just overwhelmed with larger orders that actually gave 24hrs notice. He was very condescending and just clearly didn’t want to help me. Safe to say I won’t be giving them my business (ever) and I wouldn’t recommend that you do either.

I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Domino’s Pizza on 1310-H Wesley Chapel Rd in Indian Trail, NC (often referred to as the Sun Valley location), and I can’t say enough good things about it! My pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings—exactly what you want from a Domino’s order.

What truly made this experience stand out, though, was the manager, Sam. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. His genuine care for customers was evident, and it’s clear he’s doing an amazing job running this location. Sam’s efforts put a huge smile on my face, and I could tell he takes pride in making every order special.

Sam’s communication and customer-first attitude at this Wesley Chapel Rd store really makes it a cut above the rest!

If you’re in the Sun Valley area, I highly recommend this Domino’s, and if you’re lucky enough to interact with Sam, you’re in for a treat. He’s the kind of manager who makes you feel like a valued customer, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!l

I ordered 2 Carryout pizza’s, food was way over-cooked and lukewarm when we opened it. Barely warm. This was the worst pizza we have had for a while. Also the worst service we’ve ever received from Dominoes.

Placed an order before 11:00pm in the app, update says they started making the food at 11:10, at 11:45 received notice order cancelled without any explanation, just a big Nope. And by then it was too late to reorder since they close at 12:00. Won't bother ordering there again.

A guy gave me my order but didn't give a receipt. Got the mangers key that was laying up front. He said he was new and didn't have a clue wat was going on... Oder never got rang up but money was put in drawer a bit questionable to me. Free money to whomever count the drawer....

my order was not prepared correctly. all the topings were piled in the middle. undercooked and over salty. there is a pizza hut in the gas station 100 yards from this location. you may spend $2 more but the product doesn't taste like cold garbage.
