Domino's Pizza

Seems to be a pattern (looking at reviews after)… Pretty sure my life would’ve been easier if the set expectations were just met. I’ll save you my pregnant wife’s elaboration on the topic. Also found it interesting how the google review link was so readily available on the app and accessible prior to our order arriving. Then I’m thrown a free pizza with a 30-day expiration. 2 star at best and I regret being here, anyone interested should check out NY pizza and pasta, or just make a pizza yourself…either would be faster ;)

30 minutes after I placed my order I received a call saying that it wouldn't be ready for another hour and twenty minutes at least and asked if that was ok. It wasn't. They never apologized just said okay and hung up. I then received an email stating that they canceled my order

Dominos App said order started preparing 15 mins back. By the time I was here they didn’t even start with my order. Person at the ordering desk was claiming “sorry we were busy” but its literally empty. There is not even 1 pizza in the oven

Tried here twice. First time ordered curbside and got met with attitude when I went to pick up. Had two babies with me curbside would’ve been great if the employees gave me attitude when I actually got there and requested they bring it out. Second time I tried them, months later, they were full hour and a half over promised time. They suck. The one on charlotte avenue is great if you want dominos

We have ordered from this location for almost 4 years now. And it unfortunately has gone downhill. We’ve had numerous issues with our food either not being delivered and us having to go pick it up, waiting much longer than the original estimated time (we’re talking 30 minutes to an hour), and with our food order being incorrect or things left off. We’ve stopped doing deliver altogether because of all of the issues. And even when we do pickup, our food is almost never on time. I know the staff is doing their best, but this location is really struggling, and is clearly understaffed.

I used to eat Pepperoni pizza at home, because I take the pepperonis off the pizza and eat the crust. I eat cheese pizza and crust.

Ok, I really try not to be that guy, but this is the 2nd time in a row that this location has been far later with the order than promised initially, AND the food was cold by the time it got here. Last time for this location. And to top it off, they didn’t even bring my whole order. Delivery guy was super apologetic, so no ill will towards him.

Placed my order yesterday at 4:44. I knew it was Halloween so I wanted to place my order a little earlier. It showed they started it at 4:44 so at 5:30 I arrived, 45 minutes 3 medium pizzas. When I walked in they informed me it hadn’t even been started. I politely asked for my order to be canceled and walked out. This is the fourth time at this location that something like this has happened.

My order came super late, by tracking is sta about 15 at the same location
