Domino's Pizza

multiple times i’ve confronted the driver of the white nissan parked out back about flying through the parking lot, they come through and take turns at 20 mph in a small area where kids are always riding their bikes and walking around. apparently this person is the manager and didn’t really seem to care for what they did and they continue to do it. after finding that out i didn’t care to find out a name because clearly it won’t make a difference. if you see this person please tell them to slow down 60 pizzas isn’t worth possibly killing someone. used to love this place but if they don’t care about anyone else’s life on the road what makes me think they care about a pizza

Gave me a large discount, they make amazing pizzas

I clearly stated that I do not eat pork and asked what protein options were available. I was told that beef pepperoni was offered, which led me to place my order. After getting home, I found out that Domino’s does not serve beef pepperoni. This misinformation caused me to unknowingly purchase something I cannot eat.

Used to be good, service is unbelievably slow now. You’ll wait hours for one pizza. It’s a joke.

I order from this Domino’s quite often and am usually satisfied. However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing and has unfortunately cost this location a loyal customer.

I placed a timed delivery order for October 25th, requesting the pizza to arrive between 6:15 and 6:30 PM. The delivery didn’t arrive until 6:50 PM — which normally wouldn’t be a huge issue, except this was for a kids’ sleepover, and everyone was waiting on the food.

When I called the store around 6:45 to ask about the delay, I spoke with the manager, who told me (in a rather rude tone) that they were short on drivers and were “doing the best they could.” I responded respectfully, mentioning that the staffing issue is something internal, not the customer’s problem, and was hoping for a more considerate response. Instead, the manager hung up on me.

As a regular customer, being treated that way is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but basic courtesy and professionalism should always be standard. I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but it was a male employee working around 6:45 PM on October 25th, 2025. I truly hope someone in upper management sees this and takes it seriously — no customer deserves to be spoken to that way.

Very good experience and I was greeted by a good friendly staff when we walked in and they have suggested me a dipping cups Rancn, sweet Mango Harbanero which we liked very much and my kids loved it

Called them at opening on a recent Saturday to order 8 pizzas for my son’s 2nd birthday. The man I spoke with acted very put off that I had not placed my order 24hrs in advance. When I told him I didn’t know to do that since I didn’t feel like 8 pizzas was anything out of the ordinary for a pizza chain, and asked him if I could order just a few pizzas now and more later, he told me they could not handle my order at all because they were just overwhelmed with larger orders that actually gave 24hrs notice. He was very condescending and just clearly didn’t want to help me. Safe to say I won’t be giving them my business (ever) and I wouldn’t recommend that you do either.

I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Domino’s Pizza on 1310-H Wesley Chapel Rd in Indian Trail, NC (often referred to as the Sun Valley location), and I can’t say enough good things about it! My pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings—exactly what you want from a Domino’s order.

What truly made this experience stand out, though, was the manager, Sam. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. His genuine care for customers was evident, and it’s clear he’s doing an amazing job running this location. Sam’s efforts put a huge smile on my face, and I could tell he takes pride in making every order special.

Sam’s communication and customer-first attitude at this Wesley Chapel Rd store really makes it a cut above the rest!

If you’re in the Sun Valley area, I highly recommend this Domino’s, and if you’re lucky enough to interact with Sam, you’re in for a treat. He’s the kind of manager who makes you feel like a valued customer, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!l

I ordered 2 Carryout pizza’s, food was way over-cooked and lukewarm when we opened it. Barely warm. This was the worst pizza we have had for a while. Also the worst service we’ve ever received from Dominoes.
