I got an iced decaf pumpkin and it was so good. The girl at the window was very nice. Good job crew!

never wrote a review, but this place... wow.
I come here often as it is the only dunkin on the way to my work, put in a mobile order each time and it NEVER fails... theyre out of 95% of my order. though they give replacements mostnof the time, sometimes they have nothing to offer. id love to accept the fact that maybe its shipment day, but i dont go the same day of the week every time š this time, they were out of oat milk, sausage, everything bagel minis, AND medium cups??? all i can do is laugh, i know those poor staff are tired of telling people these things.

iāve come to this location religiously since i started highschool & iāve never had a issue, recently i was here and i overheard the manager (Jae) being unreasonably rude to employees but customers as well. unfortunately as i am also a manager i hate to see this kind of attitude towards staff and paying customers, so much so that you can tell the difference in the staffās energy whenās sheās there vs when sheās not. in the end i love this location & i love the staff here but a change in the management attitude needs to happen.

Drive through lady was extremely rude. When asked how I was doing today I responded and she didnāt hear me respond and proceeded to tell her coworkers that āIndian trail people need to learn to talk backā right in my face as if to make a point. Whole time her loud mouth is why she canāt hear when people speak for the first time.

The lady running the speaker 5/10/25 @11:30 was very unpleasant, continued to ask if that was all when I barely got one word out and continued to say āis that allā āis that allā it until I said i finally said that will be all. I got a cold brew, she put a regular lid on it, she yanked the bag from the guy working the window, she then went out or her way to be the one to hand me my drink & food. she also gave me a ālookā of annoyance as she handed me my coffee as I said thank you. I also asked for liquid sugar and they put none. Jokes on her I like bitter coffee but the bitter customer service was uncalled lol. Unfortunately this isnāt the first time having unpleasant customer service with this store & surrounding Dunkinās in Indian trail. I get you hate your life butā¦.. gee it doesnāt hurt to be nice .

I nicely ordered a hot cappuccino with donuts in the drive thru. Said thank you. Pulled up to the window, recieved my glazed donuts that were just thrown into the bag; no wrapping, no napkins. Shrek at the window says 'have a good day' then turns her back to me when I tried to tell her I also ordered a cappuccino. I waited about 5 minutes with a line gathering behind me waiting nicely for the window to open, she was visibly trying to ignore me with her back still turned. I tried to wave, didn't yell or anything to get someone's attention, then the window opens and she apologizes and gives me my coffee. I thank her with a smile, go about my day only to find out they gave me plain black coffee. Everyone looked miserable inside. Looks like this location needs to clean house and new management. Guess my kindness and patience wasn't good enough to even get decent service.

I feel bad because I know the employees here probably make just above minimum wage and it is very difficult to care about a job that doesn't allow you to make a livable wage...but c'mon. I've ordered from here via the app many times now to show up and find out they don't have what I ordered. I get that things happen, but the app should do a better job of tracking/updating inventory or they should call customers to let them know what they ordered isn't available. Or at the very least, tell them when they arrive instead of throwing random items in a bag and not mentioning it at all. I ordered a lemon donut, I don't know how not asking me what I would want instead and just tossing a frosted chocolate donut with a blueberry donut in a bag (and making a huge mess) was the way to go. I keep trying to give them chances, but this is a constant and the drinks aren't ever even any good. Guess I'll just go to the Starbucks down the road from now on. At least they communicate issues to customers in an attempt to find a good solution. š¤·š¼āāļø
The service and food were great. The store is immaculate, and the manager on duty ( fairly sure he was the supervisor or just an excellent employee) made the donut selection a fun, special experience for my grandson.

Yikes the new morning crew is NOT IT. Idk who trained these people but the customer service is severely lacking. Like I have zero cars in front of me, why am I sitting at the menu for 10 mins with no one speaking to me on the speaker? And when I ask, they wanna act like Iām an issue? And how yāall outa LARGE AND MEDIUM cups? Is it new management or wha?
The service and staff have hit rock bottom over the last 6
months. Rude employees, lukewarm drinks and burnt food.
My final straw was last week at the drive-thru when the woman working window in her early 20s with large glasses read back my drink order with a snobby tone, correcting the way I pronounced caramel saying ādonāt you mean to say Care-uh-melā? (I call it ācar-melā)
We pull up to the drive-thru window and the same woman is talking on her cell phone for at least 2-3 minutes. She looks over at us, doesnāt speak and starts making drinks. Thereās only one other customer in the store. After waiting 5 minutes, I get the attention of a younger guy working at the front, he asks us what our order was, then picks up 2 drinks that were sitting on the counter the entire time. š¤¦š¼āāļø
He didnāt say anything except ask for my $.
The timestamp on our cups was SEVEN MINUTES prior. Thereās no other customers.
Unbelievable!! Drinks were lukewarm,half full and burnt sandwich, same things happened last time.
We frequent Dunkinā at least twice a week but we are not going back again.

I cannot believe that it has taken me this long to write a review. I typically go out of my way for a different Dunkin because this one cannot ever seem to get it right I feel like itās simple to follow an iced coffee order although mine seems to be wrong every single time And this morning when I pick mine up and order an iced coffee with oat milk, Splenda and hazelnut I get just a black coffee with nothing else in it. IT SAYS OATMILK on the label!!!! Itās just aggravating for a customer that frequents your franchise and spends a lot of money. They are so busy in there acting as if that hate their life that they canāt get a simple order right. Very disappointing and now I am going to go enjoy my crappy coffee
