Drive thru customer service 0 stars. Unfortunately the closest one to where I live. I mainly go there in the mornings hoping not to find the same rude person in the drive thru. Not going back until they change that person from the window.

Waited in line for more than 30 minutes just for them to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered . Asked for a refund and I had to still pull around for them to figure out the refund process , all other dunkin in my area are amazing.

There was only 1 worker there closing the store while doing dine in orders, drive thru and mobile orders. That is such a toxic work environment and how you lose good employees. The scheduling manager needs to do better! The crew member was lovely, no complaints besides the poor management.

This location consistently botches even the simplest of orders. Via drive thru, anything more than a small black coffee seems to confound the staff. Inside, I often have to have something on the order corrected. Lack of training? Lack of skilled employees? Whatever it is, find another donut stop...

The girls running drive through don’t listen , and are too busy on their phones . Repeated my order twice , got the incorrect order twice ! There’s a reason why they have 87 sanitation score . The management needs to do better .

I placed an online order for two dozen assorted donuts to be picked up in the drive-through. I picked them up didn’t look until I got to work to see what was in the boxes. I did not get a single filled donut! They were all glazed and old-fashioned. For what I spent, you could’ve given me at least one jelly, or Boston cream out of 24 donuts. Do better.

My wife and I wanted to have an afternoon pick me up so she got a scoop of ice cream and I decided on a headlight doughnut. We had to wait for a little while but I was confused as they weren’t that busy and there were two people working. One on the drive thru and the other walking around? We looked around to see if there was a problem as to why we were made to wait ? This is an ongoing problem here as we have frequented this location other occasions with our daughter and they were out of things . Like napkins on one trip ? And every doughnut we requested they were out of them . Also my daughter wanted death by chocolate ice cream and they were out ? Finally we asked what was available and the lady told us , but nothing appealed to us so we thanked the lady and left . I don’t know but seems strange not to have products to sell? Maybe we came at a bad time , but we visited in the afternoon and in the evening on Walmart trips at different times during the year and same story . Every time we drive by to go to Walmart ( at least once a week ) I look to see if they are busy , and they never have a line in the drive thru or more than three cars in the parking lot ? This is very frustrating as I have driven by and visited other Dunkin’s and they are busy and always have whatever we requested. Wayne

I have to agree with the other reviewers, there is something wrong with this place. Girl taking our orders wouldn’t speak loud enough we could hear here. They are all sitting around on their cell phones. No soft drinks available in the store. Who’s watching this place?
