I walked in this location on 1/9/26 at 7:57am waited patiently for service multiple people looked at me one person spoke yet no one came and took my order
I decided to leave due to this poor service before I got to the door they were helping the white guy behind me
No I’m not one to say everything is a certain way but I mean facts are facts
So with that said this Dunkin feels a little off when I comes to service I won’t use certain words but it really felt that way at the very least maybe Dunkin shouldn’t hire angry little girls that don’t feel like working the job they applied for

Don’t expect much service here either way but if you are not very light then don’t be surprised by the service you get

Quinto Creations

They were open at 5:30 a.m. on New Year's morning when I was out and about. They were one of the only places open so that was nice. The two young ladies working to drive through were absolutely polite, Nice, and courteous. The food was basically what you'd expect at a Duncan donuts. Sometimes at this time of the morning going through a drive-thru people can be kind of rude and such. And it was nice that the people working here were the absolute opposite. The two young ladies working with the drive-thru on New Year's morning around 5:30 a.m. should definitely be recognized for being valued employees

The guy or girl taking orders today was rude. The bagel bites we ordered came out cold, the croissant thankfully came out warm but wasn’t the best quality. To add, the refresher was wayyyy too sweet. I wouldn’t come here if I were you!

I wonder if the franchise owner has ANY idea how incompetent the workers here are? The orders are wrong 95% of the time & they always have the worst attitude. I have been stopping by since Nov 4th trying to get a cookie butter latte & the answer I got today is “na we dont have it” I said “when will you have it?” The answer was “its outside in the truck I just havent gotten it yet” I said “ok, thanks” & left. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed .

They really need to shut this Dunkin down. Yesterday the drive thru was closed and people had to go inside. (For what reason? It wasn't stated) They also never seem to have sparking water for a Berry Burst. I've been told 3 separate times, that they are out. Stock up your store. So I go to Starbucks next door. Every time. The workers are nice and friendly. So it's not them. Their company is setting them up for failure.

This place..2nd time going thru the drive-thru and not get what I paid for!!!!! 1027/25 @ 10:15am. Ordered a Lg pumpkin latte, with a extra shot of pumpkin syrup.....Received a large warm regular coffee. Tried calling number on website. I guess the mailbox is full or not set up as to why my call was fwd. Smh

No cheese, barely bacon! Gave my food to the wrong car and had to remake it just to remake it wrong, I tried calling, they took the phone off the hook so it doesn’t go through 0 out of 10!!!!!

Got my wife and I a couple of sourdough breakfast sandwiches. Got home and the bread wasn't sourdough. It was some type of grain bread. OK. Fine. But my sandwich had a funny taste to it. I ended up trashing it along with hers. Inside the restaurant was clean and the service was very basic.

Big shoutout to Kayla at Dunkin’/Baskin Robbins for making my kid’s birthday cake so amazing!
She totally nailed it — the cake looked awesome and tasted even better. You can tell she really cares and put in the extra effort to make it special. Everyone at the party loved it, especially the birthday kid! ALSO wanted to give a big thank you to the awesome crew at Dunkin’ — especially Riley, Aleah, and Mackenzie! Every time I come in, they’re super friendly, fast, and always get my order just right.

They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome, and it really makes a difference. Whether I’m grabbing coffee on the go or picking up treats for the family, they always make the experience a good one.

Drive thru customer service 0 stars. Unfortunately the closest one to where I live. I mainly go there in the mornings hoping not to find the same rude person in the drive thru. Not going back until they change that person from the window.

All Dunkin’s are known to be a little inconsistent but I’ve had pretty good luck at this one! The girl working drive through today was super sweet too
