What a disaster. I used to work at this location 15 years ago so I feel confident when I say that ITS NOT THAT HARD. But wow this location can never seem to get my call in order (1 large Turkey sub with yellow mustard and cheddar cheese only) out with 45 minutes?? Insane

I placed an online order through the app, and scheduled a pick up time for 12:30 PM. I showed up 15 minutes early, and the staff graciously made my order upon my arrival instead of making me wait. They were very friendly, and the sandwich (Hook and Ladder) was once again the best sandwich around.

I heard two staff members making rude and racial comments about me and my culture. The pair was a man with blond hair and some lady with black hair, they seemed nice at first but there rude comments were unwanted. I recommend going here but they just might make fun of you next. Seems like they spend more time chit chatting instead of making my sandwich.

We live in PCB FL, here for 3 months for work. Been eating at Firehouse for years. Came in yesterday (Thursday, 26th) for a large sandwich around 2p. No “Welcome to Firehouse” greeting. Always got it from every place I’ve been over the years. Staff seemed put out they were having to work.

The most enjoyable part of my Firehouse subs experience, was picking up my order knowing it was going to be amazing as always! The consistency and standard this place has will always have me as a loyal customer. I have never had a bad sub from here, ever!

Had a buy one medium or large sub and get a free combo.coupon.2 cashier credited me back with the drink and the chips.but not the $9.89 sub. She said the combo was the drink and the chips but clearly the coupon inc the sub my check should have been around $12. Instead of the$20.91 I paid. This Firehouse has been there for years and is my two miles from my house. I had never been there.and l !y went because of the coupon. Sadly, I won't be.return I g I til they hire people who a do math!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was genuinely surprised! The place was clean and staff were polite and my food was ready quickly. The sub tasted amazing. Will definitely be back!
Had a special vegetarian Sub and it was perfectly made. New owners have really turned things around from before. We received quick and friendly service not to mention the dining area is kept clean and well maintained. Will definitely visit again!!

I just received a large spicy dill hook and ladder from this location and found a long blonde hair in the center of my sandwich. Unfortunately I had already began chewing the portion where it was located so it was in my mouth which is absolutely horrifying. Suffice it to say I will never eat at Firehouse Subs again. Absolutely appalling.
