Multiple times I have ordered on the website. I am allergic to mayonnaise and each time the sandwich is covered in mayonnaise. Missing pickle spears. When you call they say there is nothing they can do I have to use the support page. So when you call they will NOT HELP YOU so you either have to try and reorder or go without. Horrible service, no apologies it's just whatever.

Great food , they have 100% rating . I would give 5 stars if they would not constantly asking for a tip. Its like u cant go anywhere this days without them expecting a tip !!! 🤦♂️

Order 2 subs online tonight. Online said it will be ready at 5:40. I got there around 5:45. Got home, which is a 15 min drive, and the bread on the bottom of both subs are not just soggy but wet. It was as if the bread was dipped in water. I didn’t get oil or dressing. The only condiment I got was mayo so why is the bread wet? I should have known something was up when I wasn’t acknowledged and on the way out, the short girl behind the counter had a weird smirk on her face. Good job. I guess it’s okay to play with people’s food. Disgusting behavior. Sad world we live in when you work hard for your money, order food, and young kids fixing the food think it’s okay to play with it. Never again from that location.
Wonderful staff. Delicious food. This is a regular spot for me because of the friendly atmosphere.
