When the best thing is the pickle, this place is not worth it, especially for the price point. Apparently their BOWL of soup is CUP size for most others. It was watery, and the bacon was flubby, and not chopped. Hardly any potatoes and all greasy water. French dip was cold, as was the au jus, and all it tasted of was garlic.

I had a wonderful experience with the Bhadani Family The service they provide at firehouse is absolutely amazing. Five stars for the service and five stars for the food. My favorite is the New York steamer.

There was no one else there when I went to do a takeout order but the lady making sandwiches seemed to be in such a rush. I asked for no onions or mustard on my sandwich and got both on there. She was done making it by the time I paid so clearly didn’t wait for the ticket to see any modifications. It was to go so wasn’t able to drive back.

have been a loyal, weekly customer at this Firehouse Subs location for quite some time and almost always place my orders online. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I will not be returning.

I ordered my daughter’s usual sandwich — the same one I’ve ordered week after week. It was made incorrectly, with mayonnaise (which I never select because I know she won’t eat it) and even came with onions, which we don’t order. When I pointed this out, the staff claimed it was my fault and that the receipt (which they had retrieved from the trash and would not show me) said “mayonnaise.” I know from my consistent ordering habits that this is not the case.

What was most disappointing was the response: no apology, no willingness to correct the mistake, and absolutely zero customer service. Instead of valuing a regular customer, they refused to make things right and placed the blame on me.

Mistakes happen — that’s understandable. But how they’re handled is what defines a business. In this case, it was handled poorly, and that speaks volumes. Sadly, after years of being a regular, I cannot recommend this location anymore.

What a disaster. I used to work at this location 15 years ago so I feel confident when I say that ITS NOT THAT HARD. But wow this location can never seem to get my call in order (1 large Turkey sub with yellow mustard and cheddar cheese only) out with 45 minutes?? Insane

I placed an online order through the app, and scheduled a pick up time for 12:30 PM. I showed up 15 minutes early, and the staff graciously made my order upon my arrival instead of making me wait. They were very friendly, and the sandwich (Hook and Ladder) was once again the best sandwich around.

I heard two staff members making rude and racial comments about me and my culture. The pair was a man with blond hair and some lady with black hair, they seemed nice at first but there rude comments were unwanted. I recommend going here but they just might make fun of you next. Seems like they spend more time chit chatting instead of making my sandwich.

We live in PCB FL, here for 3 months for work. Been eating at Firehouse for years. Came in yesterday (Thursday, 26th) for a large sandwich around 2p. No “Welcome to Firehouse” greeting. Always got it from every place I’ve been over the years. Staff seemed put out they were having to work.

The most enjoyable part of my Firehouse subs experience, was picking up my order knowing it was going to be amazing as always! The consistency and standard this place has will always have me as a loyal customer. I have never had a bad sub from here, ever!
