Unlike the other reviews, we had a great experience starting with the young lady who was the cashier to the quality of the food. Let me name that we rarely eat KFC, (maybe a half dozen times, at most, in the past 22 years that we’ve lived here) and so, I’m legitimately giving credit where credit is due. The only negative was the biscuits. They could use some improvement in terms of the way they are mixed and the taste. All in all, 5/5.

Food was HORRIBLE! 8 bbq tenders for $30.00 and I bought them... which is sad. I had diarrhea for 2 days afterwards.

This was literally the worst KFC in history. Everything they did for the order was wrong, I was sent to pick up over half the order that was left out because I'm the one who was on the way. The excuses for employees couldnt just do any part of their job. I don't even eat this trash, but my family said it was less than alright.

Had to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes before someone took my order. At the pay window they told me they no longer had original chicken so I would have to substitute for something else, I then had to remind them to give them my drink before pulling off. Got home and realized they gave me the wrong side and no biscuits for either meal.

I went to KFC to order the $20 Fill-Up, and the experience was frustrating from the start. The cashier couldn’t seem to understand the simple request of having the gravy on the side and even tried to tell me I couldn’t order it that way. They also never asked whether I wanted original or crispy chicken—something that should be standard. At that point, I should’ve known my order wasn’t going to turn out the way I wanted.
When it came to the chicken pieces, I was expecting at least one breast, but instead, they tried to convince me to accept only thighs and legs. I spoke with the manager, Michael Killings, and asked why I wasn’t informed before paying that they were out of chicken breasts—the only reason I went to KFC in the first place. His solution was to offer more thighs and legs, which I politely declined. When I refused, he got an attitude, as if I was wrong for expecting what I paid for.
I then asked for a refund, and of course, because I paid with a card, I now have to wait 3–5 business days to get my money back. This is unacceptable. I left with no food and I’m out $23—all because the restaurant couldn’t communicate basic information up front.

On Monday I was happy to try the chicken livers since they are back on the menu didn't even mind waiting 5 minutes for them to cook fresh and hot . Imagine my disappointment when I get home and the whole large order was sour and rancid I made several attempts to contact management so no one else would receive spoiled food but no answer I don't even live near this location but it has always been my favorite everyone is always kind friendly and courteous I know this is not the usual for this location please just be aware

Ordered a #12 chicken sandwich meal with fries and a 4 piece apple pie bites.
Fries were actually really good and fresh, however the chicken sandwich was literally just bread and chicken. No pickles, no mayonnaise. The chicken itself was old. Hot, but dry and old.
Apple pie bites were actually cold. They tasted like they weren’t even fried.
I’m a truck driver and I had left before I realized this all. Very disappointed in the quality of food.
Daniel took my order and he was so professional and so proficient. There was a huge line and he was just very polite and a smile and of course we love our KFC.

The service was incredibly slow, and the employees were overly cheerful, singing songs, joking, and having fun as much as they could instead of working.
The burger was really good, much better than Chick-fil-A.
