Little Caesars Pizza

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order 1 and a half hour ahead of time, yet still ended up waiting about an hour extra after I arrived. The drive-thru line barely moved, and no one even came to the window just to learn the drive through was closed but no sign posted up!
When I finally received my food, my order was wrong -it felt like they just gave me whatever they had available instead of what I actually ordered.
In my opinion, the owner seriously needs to hire more staff and bring in better management, because this location is clearly struggling with organization and customer service. Also worth noting, the sanitation score is only 86 which doesn't inspire much confidence.

Where do I even start off, service is terrible, not acknowledged at all, manager was extremely rude whoever worked on 1/9 at 7:00pm. Waited for 2 hours and my food still was not ready. They don’t acknowledge people at the drive through so people are stuck and clueless waiting just to find out later on they are not taking drive through orders. This location has done this many many times, I don’t know why I keep giving them chances but at this rate this location needs to get taken down or have more and proper trained staff that are not lazy.

Forced to work in 100-110 degrees. Thermostat says 100 and it’s 30 feet away from the oven. Worst place I ever worked .

I would highly suggest applying somewhere else.

AC was broken for months and all I heard was “we’re waiting on a part”

Building as well over 80 degrees inside, had to stand and wait over 45 minutes to get 2 pizzas after ordering online. So much for hot and ready, do not eat here.

Should’ve checked the reviews before coming here and ordering. Terrible service is an understatement. I don’t understand why selling me a pizza has to be forced. I came in and asked for a cheese and a pepperoni, and I was told that I would have to wait 40 minutes for a cheese pizza, in which I agreed to wait, only to be told that they can’t accept tap payments right now. I then said I’ll order online then, and was asked to just try it, and sure enough it worked just fine. The workers did absolutely nothing at this time and 16 minutes later reached in the hot and ready area and gave me my pizzas. Like, why make it so hard for me to buy a pizza, why not just get me in and out, even if you hate your life, job, etc…

Awful customer service. “Ten minutes” of waiting time turned out to be 30 minutes (I’ve experienced long waiting times multiple times before at this location). After waiting in the car for 30 minutes, I walked inside to ask but no one came up front for a few minutes. A worker walked past another customer and myself but didn’t even acknowledge us or offer any assistance. Finally, a worker who took my order came out, got the pizza boxes that were in a food warmer, and set them on the counter without saying a word. No apologies for a much longer wait time, a simple thank you, or a have a nice rest of the day greeting, etc. If you are looking for good customer service, never go to this location.

The pizza is always good, but I need to let everyone know that the sanitation rating is around 80%.

Since they put a young girl to manage the store everything has gone down hill. I call in a pizza they give me 25 wait. I can there at the 25 minute window. They don’t have it ready had to wait other 45 minutes Manager doesn’t seem to care about the customers I asked who the manager was she wouldn’t even look at me. Other employees did not look happy with her. They ran a pretty good tight shift before she took over.

Very poorly run location. Every time I walk in the store front, even though the door dings loudly staff do not give me the time of day approach me, or acknowledge my presence in any way, until I eventually walk out. Health inspection is 81.5 so gross. This location desperately needs new management.

Not much of an experience since they told us "I no have" to the one thing we were going to order. And it's the thing they're pushing on all their commercials right now. Considering that I have now seen their poor rating, I'm glad we didn't get anything.
