I am beyond disappointed in this service. I had a pizza party box ordered and delivered to my grandma (she’s 86 and doesn’t drive). I tried canceling it multiple times and even tried calling. It wasn’t working. The delivery time went from 30-40 mins to nearly an hour and a half and then when they canceled it they still charged me the $50 for the pizza box that was never delivered to my grandma. I called and they said they wouldn’t refund me even though it was their lack of customer service and their app that wasn’t even letting me cancel the order in time. I am beyond frustrated and never will trust having them deliver to my grandma again. I try to do something nice because she is too far for me to bring her dinner and they just keep the pizza, charge me $50 and say it’s policy. I guess it’s policy for them not to answer the phone or their app to work, then just keep the money.

A small miscommunication on the name however BEST PIZZA around & Manager Mike’s CUSTOMER SERVICE is beyond belief!!! They are lucky 2 have him @ this location! Been in retail a long time & his customer service skills & overall presentation is truly TOP NOTCH!!! Great EXPERIENCE after all!

So I went Monday for customer appreciation day and got to order as many 1-topping medium pizzas for $1.99 and let me tell you!!!
Even tho the place was packed out and there was a line/wait (however, what do you expect for unlimited 1-topping medium pizzas for basically 2 bucks?) they rocked it. My pizzas came out fresh, the staff was friendly and was very hardworking. The pizzas was on point, presentation was there and the taste, I can say is by far my favorite when it comes to a chain pizza spot. I actually went back about two days later and my pizza was out within 10 minutes pipping hot and fresh. Which was actually a lot faster than the other pizza spots that I've been to. This is my now go to spot for pizza!!
If you went Monday July 22,24 for customer appreciation day and you had to wait, please don't let that discourage you, I would suggest to try them on a normal day to get the full actual experience..

I placed an order online at 5:15pm for 2 medium pizzas. I was told estimated time of completion would be 5:25pm. When I arrived at 5:30pm I was asked to pay and then told to wait because my order wasn’t ready, “but would be up in 5-10 minutes.” At 5:50pm I asked for an update and was told “there are 50 orders ahead of you so it’s going to be a while”. Why wasn’t that shared when I was asked to pay? I then asked for a refund and it took more than 10 minutes for the clerk to figure out how to cancel my order and provide a refund. I am still not certain that I received a refund as the receipt that I was provided only showed that the order was voided. This is a terrible breakdown of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they have new management. I certainly won’t be ordering from this location again.

Each pizza looks different. Some have a larger crust, some have a funny shape, and sauces are often forgotten but the deals are good. If they were more consistent I’d go more often.
