I am beyond disgusted with my experience at this McDonald’s. I was served raw chicken strips—pink, undercooked, and completely unsafe to eat. This is not a minor mistake; it’s a serious food safety failure that could have made someone extremely sick.

What made the situation even worse was how it was handled afterward. When I returned to report the issue, the manager refused to come out and speak to me. Instead, they sent a regular employee back and forth to deal with a problem that clearly required management accountability. While I stood there waiting for a refund, I could hear employees laughing in the background, which felt incredibly disrespectful given the seriousness of the situation.

There was no apology that matched the severity of the issue, no sense of urgency, and no professionalism. Serving raw chicken is unacceptable on its own, but hiding in the back while an employee is forced to handle an angry, justified customer—and laughing while doing so—is a complete failure of leadership.

This location needs immediate attention from corporate. Food safety standards, staff training, and management conduct are clearly not being taken seriously. I have lost all trust in this McDonald’s and will not be returning.

Had a terrible experience at this location today.

We picked up the food and when got home realized that instead of hamburgers we got cheeseburgers which, mistakes happens and it’s not a huge deal.

My wife went back and asked to remake the order. The staff refused to remake the drink (by the time she went home and back, it has all melted) and then also they wanted the bag back?? Which we gave it back, but I’m really hoping they’re just disposing of it and washing their hands afterwards because it’s extremely unsanitary.

The person who refused to remake the order in complete said they were the location manager (with no name tag) and I can’t wrap my head around how they think that’s an acceptable response.

It goes without saying, they won’t see me and my family at this location, we’ll be reporting this incident to corporate, and in the meantime I’ll take my money to Culver’s where they treat their guests with kindness and respect.

Whoever the manager was on Wednesday July 23rd at 2:35 PM was so unnecessarily rude to the young man at the second drive thru window. He asked for me food and she yelled at him so loud to where i asked what was going on. Made me give her my receipt and still was very ugly to the young man after she saw that he was correct and they were missing my food. I made sure to tell him he was doing a great job. It’s not cool to bully teenagers especially in a position of power. Do better.

I literally spent 40 minutes here over happy meal after they kept saying the order didn’t go through and saying it wasn’t paid for when I had completed on the mobile app and had a receipt. Then acted like I was trying to get the food for free. No, just wasn’t paying twice. I bring my daughter here after her dance class every Monday. Will not be back.
