I had a free 1/2 sandwich offer. 1/2 sandwich (tuna salad) and broccoli cheese soup. Both were very good. I wish there was more broccoli in the soup. Clean establishment. Friendly and professional staff. Quick service. This location will be my go-to. I never get take out because I believe you get less food with those orders. That seems to be at every location.

Parking: Parking not the greatest but doable.

Where's the bacon??????

Somehow the place that bakes bread was out of bread bowls The bread I did get was cold they didn't even have a white bread for a grilled cheese The text notification for your food to be ready was like sent when we were basically done with our food. My man got bacon on his mac and cheese and he didn't get the bacon.

Went through the drive through. Took my order for a salad, but when I got to the window, I was completely ignored. Sat there for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. I know they could see I was there. Had to wave them down to get their attention so that I could pay and get my order. No apology. The girl was horribly rude.

We usually go this place to get some coffee after mass but this time the actitud of the cashier it was really bad, like we were soliciting, I am disappointed.

I like this Panera. I have stop at this location whenever I am pass through Charlotte on Independence. I like that they serve respectable portions. However, I have had the occasional dirty utensils.

And to the server side that had a smart remark when I asked about the steak salad. Guess what is on the menu.

Rude associate named Paola... came in as door dash and wanted to give me 2 hot beverages w/o a cup holder. When asked, she walked away with an attitude. I had to even put the drinks in myself. Unnecessary rude customer service.

FIX YOUR DRIVE THRU PANERA!

Make cars pulls up OR don’t take new orders and leave that for pick ups only! It’s ridiculous we have to wait over 10 mins to grab something that was done when I got here 10 mins ago!

I normally don’t write bad reviews, but I waited 20 minutes in the drive through for a soup and half salad. There were no cars behind me or ahead of me. The girl working the window didn’t apologize for the wait and just handed me my food and slammed the window door. i came back to show the manager the BUG that i found in the bottom of my salad after i ate the whole thing. no apology, just gave me a refund. i used to work at panera so i would usually understand but there’s no excuse for any of this. it’s just laziness.

I ordered french onion soup, but she kept saying tomato....so after three attempts to correct her, I gave up. Ate the tomato soup, I was on lunch hour and just needed it quickly..... Service was so slow through drive thru, it took me over 8 minutes. Yikes, I won't do that again. Disappointed. It can't take that long to get soup, especially when it was not busy.
