Great food, fast Wi-Fi lol… I felt bad for using their Wi-Fi for as long as I did so I ended up buying dinner there and it reminded me that I love this place

Ordered take-out. Three meals, two were missing sides. They were not busy. Manager obviously not doing their job. See no reason to return, will just visit Matthews franchise.

I had a free 1/2 sandwich offer. 1/2 sandwich (tuna salad) and broccoli cheese soup. Both were very good. I wish there was more broccoli in the soup. Clean establishment. Friendly and professional staff. Quick service. This location will be my go-to. I never get take out because I believe you get less food with those orders. That seems to be at every location.

Parking: Parking not the greatest but doable.

Where's the bacon??????

Somehow the place that bakes bread was out of bread bowls The bread I did get was cold they didn't even have a white bread for a grilled cheese The text notification for your food to be ready was like sent when we were basically done with our food. My man got bacon on his mac and cheese and he didn't get the bacon.

Went through the drive through. Took my order for a salad, but when I got to the window, I was completely ignored. Sat there for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. I know they could see I was there. Had to wave them down to get their attention so that I could pay and get my order. No apology. The girl was horribly rude.

We usually go this place to get some coffee after mass but this time the actitud of the cashier it was really bad, like we were soliciting, I am disappointed.

I like this Panera. I have stop at this location whenever I am pass through Charlotte on Independence. I like that they serve respectable portions. However, I have had the occasional dirty utensils.

And to the server side that had a smart remark when I asked about the steak salad. Guess what is on the menu.

Rude associate named Paola... came in as door dash and wanted to give me 2 hot beverages w/o a cup holder. When asked, she walked away with an attitude. I had to even put the drinks in myself. Unnecessary rude customer service.
