Absolutely terrible. Could careless about there customers. Sent completely wrong order just threw our bead in a bag no wrap no nothing. Called to get order replacement and was told they can't do that bc I choose delivery. The only saving grace is I did get my money back. Have no idea how this place plans on staying in business when they could care less about customer experience. Hell they didnt even verify what my order was what was wrong or anything just said ill issue a refund. Clearly this location is use to getting call backs. Do better when ur charging $22 for 2 CUPS of soup. Clearly ownership doesn't give 2 crap about its customer base as u can see they dont even take the time to respond to reviews

I used to love going to Panera but it's been going downhill recently. My husband and I ordered to bowls of soup for dinner tonight as we're both under the weather. It took over half an hour to arrive, was barely warm, and the order was wrong. When we called about the wrong order we were immediately offered a refund which makes me think this is a common issue. Maybe get your team to straighten up and fix orders correctly instead of doling out refunds. So disappointed.

Very slow service, from the cash register to waiting for the food. They def need more employees.

Came here for breakfast today on Wednesday 11/26, and really felt the need to leave a kind review about the young man who was on the drive thru! He was very welcoming, kind, and overall had an amazing attitude throughout the entire experience. I didn’t catch his name but he had long black curly hair, a beard, and was super smiley! Please give this man the recognition he deserves!

Horrible wait for a pick up order, They had a little bit of a rush, the girls in the bag we’re talking shit about the customers meanwhile, I’m waiting for them to get through their rush. None of them spoke to us except for one guy came up and when I said DoorDash, he walked away. The girls continued to talk shit about me and other customers, and then when I finally got fed up of waiting, I walked up to the counter. The girl helped yet another customer instead of asking me if I needed help, then ask me the name of the order and when I tell them the name because the bag has just been sitting there this whole time they all start giggling like it’s some kind of joke that your customer is now getting their food late. Good luck staying in business with that kind of attitude.

I would like to commend 2 employees, the manager Devonya and Genesis at the front. Everytime I come in here Devonya is very personable and polite and intentional with the customers. She always says hello and have a nice day when people leave. She always checks up on the customers as she passes by and she is ALWAYS consistent. Genesis at the front is always a pleasure to interact with and he is that way every single time. I like to honor truly good service as much as people are quick to get up here and complain.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I came at 730pm. Was told once I got to the window to pay for my order that they couldn’t make the sandwich that I ordered. They asked me to choose something else but couldn’t provide any similar recommendations. So while I’m using my phone at the window to relook at the menu with a car waiting behind me, I finally make a decision on another sandwich and I’m told that they’re out of the cheese I have to choose something else again!! The attitude from the staff wasn’t pleasant either!! Not helpful, not polite. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I absolutely thought that my experience would be better than this. Especially for a $13 sandwich. I would never shop there again. They were even selfish with the vegetables. Not worth it at all! Heck I’m still hungry!

Ordered a dozen bagels,asiago,no taste at all and doughy texture.Very disappointed!

Miserable employees working here. Four employees and they literally ignore you.

We came in with a large group and the young man at the counter was very patient and competent at taking our order (as someone who also works in the service industry, it's always a sign of a great employee)! Food came out correct and in a timely manner, even on a busy weekend.

Today at 8:40 they gave me a wrong soup on purpose. Lazy workers. Check two times what they giving you that late!

I have nothing bad to say about this location, just their corporate decision to destroy Panera Bread. I used to love the Frontega chicken, bread, and bakery products; but they replaced their ovens with microwaves (according to my niece, who works at another location) and stopped making fresh bread. I am sadly no longer interested in visiting this store or any other panera bread location. I hope their corporate headquarters reverses this decision.
