The manager Terri helped me change my address mid order! I just moved and completely forgot when I ordered it online. She quickly fixed the problem and changed my address in the system. Thank you so much Terri for going above and beyond!

I'm 71 and have very limited mobility. I was run over by a driver. I got the discounts on my phone so a couple of weeks ago I went to Sun valley to get a Pizza for the game. But I was told I didn't get the discount like I always get in Mint Hill. I had to order online to get it. So I ordered and it was $21. If I had known that I would have gone to Dominos. But I waited and there was no bench to sit on. I had someone drive me and he just stood there so I did too. The cashier did let the manager who was making pizzas, tell me there was no discount. I used Papa John's for several years exclusively but it looks like things have changed. I hate giving bad reviews.

This location always does a great job. Highly recommend pick up. It gets cooked super fast (generally 7 minutes from order). Quicker and cheaper... Win win

I ordered delivery, online from the website. I spent over $60 for my daughters cheese pizza to come out folded! I have sent a complaint in, I am furious. Depending on how they respond I will update my review.
I am not seeing a option to upload pictures, but I have them if they would like to see.

As usual, Papa John's has great special offers, $8.99 carryout large with 1 topping. Save money, feed the family.

I ordered work and cheese pizzas for family movie night but no luck. There were tasteless dough and too fatty filling on the top. I don't recommend. It doesn't worth buying.
