A worker name Tiffany Robinson was very rude. When I was trying to ask question. She asked if I was retarded. I couldn't believe it. Then hung up. When I called back. She answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager. And she said the manager doesn't talk to retarded. And then hung up the phone. Then she gave her boyfriend my phone number and he texted me treating me life and my children life. I couldn't believe all this was happened cause I asked how long it was gonna take so I knew when to get there by. I recommend never going to this place. I love papa John pizza. But I will not support this location I hope it someone who own it's full on not with papa john cause if so this is sad .

Ordered a pizza and BROWNIE and soda
- the pizza was burnt, I got a cookie instead of a brownie, and no soda. Called and the manager said well you should have checked your order before leaving. Thanks a lot? Weird.

Placed an order before 11pm for Two pizzas on the Papa Johns website. The order said it was sent to Doordash. Order had not been picked up by midnight when the store closed, had to call twice to cancel the order.

The manager Terri helped me change my address mid order! I just moved and completely forgot when I ordered it online. She quickly fixed the problem and changed my address in the system. Thank you so much Terri for going above and beyond!

I'm 71 and have very limited mobility. I was run over by a driver. I got the discounts on my phone so a couple of weeks ago I went to Sun valley to get a Pizza for the game. But I was told I didn't get the discount like I always get in Mint Hill. I had to order online to get it. So I ordered and it was $21. If I had known that I would have gone to Dominos. But I waited and there was no bench to sit on. I had someone drive me and he just stood there so I did too. The cashier did let the manager who was making pizzas, tell me there was no discount. I used Papa John's for several years exclusively but it looks like things have changed. I hate giving bad reviews.
