Peach Cobbler Factory Indian Trail

I ordered from Uber eats and this is what they brought me.

I fell in love with this sweet treat while visiting Washington DC. I found a Peach Cobbler location right here in Union County! The owner, Annette, was so friendly!

This was our first time visiting. The gentleman that took our order was very pleasant and friendly. He informed us of the various items. We went with the strawberry cobbler, strawberry banana pudding, and the 2 cookies. The desserts were good, however they were too sweet for our liking, we were unable to finish what we had. Also I feel for the serving to be in one size (small) it was a bit overpriced. The atmosphere was very nice though, the decor is very welcoming. I would recommend if you have a sweet tooth.

Finally found a place that knows how to make my favorite - blackberry cobbler. Ordered the cobbler with ice cream on top. It is so delicious!!

Sometimes it will be your own people that will treat you differently, buyers beware. Was very pleasant to the MAN in front of me but did not offer the same type of courtesy even Forgot to ask me for cutlery as she did the prior customer in front of me quite dismissive, but the cobbler is good.

This is an excellent spot for a treat! So many options including cobbler with tons of flavors! Definitely enjoyed my visit and Susan was super friendly and welcoming!

I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend!

If diabetes was a restaurant... This would be it. EVERYTHING was entirely too sweet. It made my teeth hurt. She REALLY needs to cut the sugar in her recipes in half. And if it has extra glaze or sweet toppings (like Nutella or caramel or ice cream) they may need to cut it by 1/4.

CAUTION: DO NOT order the sweet tea... Unless you are planning on using it for pancake syrup. Yes, it's that thick and sweet!

Bottom line, I hate leaving bad reviews, but if you are opening a restaurant in the south that serves popular SOUTHERN dishes, you better be sure it's on point. We have to start holding all these business accountable for branding mediocrity. I feel the same way about all the knockoff BBQ Spots popping up everywhere. You guys have to do better!!!

Well I decided to order from here as an extra add on for my Uber Eats order, I ordered two cinnamon rolls that were supposed to be STUFFED with cobbler filling. It turns out the cinnamon rolls weren’t even fresh they were very dry and they werent stuffed with cobbler filling either, it was a spoonful of cobbler filling on top. I wasted $20 on these cinnamon rolls. The cobbler wasn’t all that good either. If I hadn’t spent $20 of my hard earned money on these worthless cinnamon rolls I would’ve thrown in the trash where they belong. I definitely won’t order anything from here again.
