Ordered pizza to be delivered got a delivery time of 9:22 at 9:40 called no delivery driver no call or email, so my husband picked up pizza of course stone cold, it had been sitting there since 9:10 I have tried to give this Pizza Hut the benefit but they are constantly not coming through. Last time other great pizza places don’t waste your time or money on this Pizza Hut in Indian Trail.

I would have to say this is the worst Pizza Hut! Everytime I order the crust is very thin and doughy. I have to put the pizza back in oven at home. Such an inconvenience. Staff are not friendly and it’s always an issue. They need to get some structure around there! Barely any cheese on this pizza. I always go to this one because I live 5 mins away but now I’m willing to take the drive and go to another one! This one needs to be shut down

Pizza Hut Indian Trail. Ordered a carryout pizza. Waited in front of the desk for 10 mins, called nobody answered a phone ringing in front of me, asked someone from the gas station for help, finally someone came out. Pizza was given all dried and nasty. Worst customer service and food.

The white woman yall have working riggt this minute has got to be the most rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service. I dont know if she's just having a bad day but the attitude i was jhst greeted with, along with her rude remarks/replys, are abysmal and absolutely unacceptable. I have no idea why but she talked to me so disrespectfully and so smart elecky I was literally stocked. She and y'all both should be ashamed! I'll drive to matthews before I come back here

I don't live in near so I don't know the area that well. I ordered online a pizza hut near where I was working, I had no idea it was a pizza hut inside a shell station until I got there, i started to just keep going but I went on and got my order. I got 2 of the PPP $2 special and added a topping . Now they were piping hot , but they had hardly any toppings and very little cheese. Eventhough they were hot the crust was hard🤷🏽♀️. The cashier was very nice and the service was quick.

Standard issue minus the fact I got the wrong pizza lol, ordered a supreme thin crust and a pepperoni jalapeño got the wrong pizza. With that being said I will say he think crust pepperoni was pretty decent
