Both are very welcoming and always provide outstanding service. Not only do they take care of me but they also offers my dog a pup cup! Which I’m very thankful for being inclusive for our fur baby. I recently stopped by this Smoothie King location and had a pretty decent experience overall. I gave 4 stars for the smoothies themselves—they were delicious, well blended, and tasted fresh. I ordered the [insert your smoothie name here if you’d like], and it hit the spot. The texture was smooth with no icy chunks, and the flavor balance was perfect. You can tell they use quality ingredients, which I really appreciate. I also like that there are tons of customizable options depending on what you’re in the mood for—whether it’s something high-protein, low-calorie, or just a treat.
However, the service didn’t quite match the quality of the product. The person at the counter wasn’t rude, but they didn’t seem very welcoming either. It felt a little rushed and transactional, and there was no real attempt at engaging with the customer beyond just taking the order. I’ve had better service at other Smoothie King locations, so that was a bit of a letdown. A smile and a quick “How’s your day going?” can really make a difference.
The atmosphere was just okay. The space looked clean overall, but it didn’t feel super inviting. The seating was limited, and the lighting made the space feel a little dull. It’s fine if you’re just grabbing a smoothie and going, but if you’re thinking of sitting down and enjoying it there, it’s not the coziest vibe.
All in all, the product is what keeps this location afloat. If the service and atmosphere improved just a bit, this could easily be a 5-star location. I’d still come back for the smoothies alone, but I’d love to see a bit more warmth and energy from the staff to match the quality of what they’re serving.

I had a good experience here today. Manager gave me another 20 oz smoothie when I asked for a 32 ounce they gave me an extra 20. I thought that was very generous. Things have been getting better at this location.

Love love love this place. The fact that there’s a drive-thru is AH-MAZING. I come here at least once a week for their PB Swizzle (acai bowl with peanut butter on top) and a pup cup for my dog. If my son is out of school at the time, I opt to get him a kids smoothie.
They’re always fast, efficient and professional.

I only get one flavor from Smoothie King. However, everytime I go to this location the taste is different. It’s annoying paying money for the taste not to be consistent everytime. I thought I could make this my new location with the other one in Indian Trail closing but I’ll have to go to the Mint Hill location now.

This is a second time, My mango smoothie was absolutely the worst I have ever had. Half of it was blended ice and literally tasted like I am drinking water. No wonder why they don’t accept special instructions on doordash app. I won’t be going to this place again. Totally disappointed!

I am sick with a cold and a horribly sore throat. I have been going to the Smoothie King for about the past six nights in a row. Smoothies are always perfect, and the girls are super sweet every single time. 10 out of 10
I’m a loyal (almost every day) customer here and I just had an experience that will KEEP me as a loyal customer. I order a drink that I ended up not liking. I thought it was basically the same thing I always order but I hated it. So I go inside and ask if they will throw it away and tell them I need to order a new one, the regular way I normally get it. They not only took the time to figure out what the difference was (it was the unsweetened strawberries when I normally have the sweetened) they also gave me my replacement smoothie for free! Which they did NOT have to do because it was MY mistake not theirs! Everyone was so kind and I just wanted to leave this review in hopes more people will give them a visit! My favorite smoothie is the Angel Food Smoothie sub Oatmilk and add Fiber and Pure Recharge! It’s so good! Go give them a try! You will not be disappointed!

Ordered a bowl. It was almost 1/2 full. I asked why it was not full...per the norm..the server said that's how they are pre-made. Had she started laughing about it with the other employee I probably would have just let it go. I knew she was being dishonest and dismissive but to laugh about and not correct it or even offer to correct it is unacceptable and I will not return here.

Why would this employees use sink water to water down their smoothies (SINK WATER) are you kidding me and I’ve been to smoothie kings around the country because I travel a lot , it tasted like straight water down horribly done smoothie I had to return it and get a new one without sink water I’ve never seen or heard of this the young lady specifically said we use sink water here not milk but when you google ingredients it says milk not water but here they use water instead wow someone needs to take charge and handle this issue in this smoothie king is milk getting that expensive common smoothie king shame on you your manager & your employees last time I come here
