Love this location. I have been coming here for probably upwards of 4 years now and have never had one issue. 10/10 customer service everytime regardless of how busy they are, i will always go out of my way to come to this one.

I absolutely Love this location! They spend time getting to know their customers & I don't even need to give them my order ..they already know! Great customer service when they have gotten something wrong they are quick to make it right! In a day when no one cares or has integrity in their work it's nice to know the customer comes first!

What a service. I came to this location's drive-through, but the lawn mower guys worked around and I couldn't hear anything. Tried to order at the window and they didn't allow me. Freaks.

I used to come to this location very frequently when I first moved into this area, which was about a year ago—the workers were sweet and patient. Lately, however, the drive-thru employee has been giving me a snarky attitude. The first time this happened I thought maybe he was just having a bad day and I didn’t think anything of it, we all have bad days. Or I thought maybe he was just new and awkward because I also hadn’t seen him before either. But then it happened again, same guy and same weird atmosphere from him. Again, I wasn’t too phased by it, but it was like he didn’t try to hide the fact that all he wanted was to go home—and hey, I of all people understand that but it crossed my mind, why work somewhere that deals with customer service if you seem to not even have the energy to deal with customers? Whatever, I think. But it happens again a third time. This time, he actually gives me a weird look and it immediately makes me uncomfortable so I just decided to not come back to this location if I was going by drive-thru. Present time, me and my mom are in the area and she wants starbucks and this location is this closest so I shrug it off and we go by drive-thru. Same worker, same weird vibe. My order isn’t complicated—it’s been the same one for months so I know exactly how to order to not cause neither me nor the person taking my order an inconvenience. Not only was his energy off (to be expected), he messed up my order—adding more pumps of syrup than asked therefore increasing the total (I hadn’t realized this til after I took a sip and realized it tasted way too sweet). I threw away my drink, it tasted awful. Waste of money and just ruined my day. This isn’t a terrible location, the other employees who’ve taken my order have been very sweet.

There's a couple of Nice, friendly Barista's here, And a couple of Rude ones.
When my 2 drinks were made incorrectly today With whip cream all over them, which I cannot stand, I asked if I could keep them and try to get the whip cream off the top since they were going to throw them away.
The lady said no and dumped them in the sink. And she was One of the One's I thought was nice. And I always tip But I did not today and never will to her again.
I understand that would have been extra free drinks, but when you're throwing them away, That's just bad customer service.
This has happened to me before When they made white mocha instead of Regular. I do not like white mocha at all but they practically insisted I keep it!
So it really does depend on the person you're dealing with. I do not know the lady's name, But She is a slender African American lady that is usually friendly.
And As often as I go To Indian Trail Starbucks, I go to Monroe Starbucks Way more. And here's more of a reason to continue to do so.
I have nothing But good things to say about Monroe.

I absolutely love going to the Starbucks location and have been doing so for about a year now...... I'm really hoping this review reaches a staff member named Cameron's higher up..... he husband so sweet, kind, and helpful every time I've gone to order. I even asked today what options I have for different flavors and things that aren't on the menu and he helped me find a drink to try next time. I absolutely love this location and refused to go to any other one..... thanks again Starbucks Sun valley!

I used to frequent this specific location very often, but hadn’t been in several weeks. I’ve never had any issues at all at this location until today but I also did not recognize any of the staff either. Today I decided to grab a coffee while out but my experience at the drive thru after a mobile order was awful at best. Absolutely terrible customer service. I called the store to address this and was hung up on by whomever answered my call after she ignored me when I asked for her name. All she carelessly said as I explained my issue was “Ok”. She couldn’t have cared less, and definitely shouldn’t be working customer service. Will not be visiting this location ever again.

Today I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and I realized there was no coffee taste on it.
The color was so clear showing the milk taste but the coffee was not there.
It was so bad that I decided to go in and tell her she needed to be careful when she makes this coffee.
She offered to make me another coffee, it was done same bad preparation.
I decided to go across street, the Starbucks in Harris Teeter and they did it the way it should be.

This was the worst starbucks I have ever been to. I went through the drive though and ordered 4 drinks, I forgot to order a cake pop. I get to the window and asked if I could add a cake pop because I forgot and the person at the window told me “no there is no way for me to do that you need to go back around” that is ridiculous for Starbucks/location to have people drive back around a drive through for a premade thing. Never going to this location again!!!!

I use to go to this location Everyday, sometimes twice a day. Now I go to Hwy 74. The team here use to be AMAZING!! I hardly recognized anyone yesterday, & I'm sure they didn't recognize they had guest' either, everyone was engaged in conversation w/ one another behind the counter and at the table, including Management. It has really lost it's spark, orders are inaccurate and the team doesn't greet you, thank you or even speak upon entry. This is why stopped coming to this location, this is why I won't be back.
