Made my drink wrong, said they made it with “the amount of shots it normally comes with” then said they actually did do the extra shots I ordered. I could tell simply from the color it didn’t have enough espresso. Tasting it confirmed she did add the classic syrup I requested be left out too. Refused to remake the drink, only gave me the extra shots after I pressed the issue. This was a $9 cup of coffee, and I had to mix it myself. Unacceptable.

Best Starbucks ever! We always come here on our way out of town, and they’re always super helpful. This most recent time, we’d accidentally ordered at the wrong one and they helped us fix it! They also got our order out in record time despite being super busy. Panda, Addil, and Breyn were all super helpful! Thank you so much!

I have only visited this particular location a few times but each time I have been greeted with a smile and wonderful customer service. My order has always been correct and everything has been made in a timely manner even when it has been busy which speaks upon teamwork and efficiency. Thank you!

Best service. There was an issue with my order. It was sent to the wrong location by my friend. No fault of the workers and they still offered to comp the order.

I ordered a Gr Hot Chocolate online and wanted to drink it on my way home. No offense to Starbucks when I say this but, when I tasted it, I felt like it tasted how window cleaner smells..it was kind of bad. Now I’m not sure if it tasted that way due to the fact that I decided to get caramel syrup added to it or not, or if it may have been the cocoa powder they used for it. Could be possible that they put something they shouldn’t have in it. I don’t know what happened. All I know is that it tasted pretty bad, and I decided to throw it out.
One of the workers welcomed me in when I came in. When my drink was up I never heard them say anything so I sat and waited extra long.
The store was nice and clean and wasn’t it sketchy inside it felt peaceful.
