Starbucks Indian Trail

I have lived in 7 different states and many cities, this is the consistently the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been going there since Dec of 22'. They are all friendly, fast, and caring. The drinks always are the same. Once in awhile I order something very complicated and they NEVER get it wrong. Disclaimer: I am not related to anyone that works there nor do I know any of them personally or anyone that knows them. This is an honest review

"I love coming to this Starbucks, especially the drive-thru! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and they somehow remember my order every time. It’s such a nice touch to be greeted with a smile, even through the window. I don’t know their names, but they always make my day a little better with their consistent, great service. Highly recommend this spot for fast, friendly service and perfect drinks!

We come to this location two or three times a week. Maybe the baristas were having a bad shift, but the one time I try to get a free drink for the veteran’s freebie, the hostility I received was through the roof. Is it that a big a deal to get a small coffee? I was treated like a homeless person and I regret what I’ve spent at this location the past few years.

I’m taking a break from Starbucks and reconsidering if I’m ever coming back to this store.

I love holiday coffees. I ordered a grande peppermint mocha, hot. My fault I didn't take a sip before driving off. It had no peppermint in it and it was only luke warm. It tasted terrible and I poured it down the drain when I got home. This isn't the first time I have gotten bad coffee from this store, but it will be the last. I will take my business to Scotters coffee or the other new store getting ready to open soon.

Terrible customer service. Got into an argument with a girl while placing an order. Instead of taking order to satisfy the client needs, she pointed to my bad accent and called me rude. She called me ,a customer, rude. Miserable service. Needless to say, I didn't get an apology.

Staff is friendly. I'm there early morning so it's pretty quick service in the drive through. But it taste like my mocha has drip coffee in it instead of expresso. I've only experienced it at this location. Don't know if maybe the espresso just isn't as strong or what. But it tastes more like drip coffee.

The workers… typical of the young generation. Want $100 an hour but move so slow. 15 minutes to get your drink …. They work in reverse.

We really enjoy this Starbucks - convenient, clean, and always very fast with online orders. Curious why it’s shut down until October 7th, though. Tried to order today and had to go to another location.
