Very rude Indian lady when I came in I said I had a pickup order and she rudely said “it’s not ready yet” than I went to get a drink and she yelled at me saying not yet I didn’t give it to u.

Customer service from Indian lady needs improvement. I watched her interact with the Pepsi maintenance guy, the customer in front of me, the young guy who works there and myself. All interactions were less than stellar. My neice ordered a 6inch ham sub received 4 pieces of meat, I ordered a 6inch ham sub with pepperoni and received 2 pieces of ham. The younger guy said it's extra if I want to add more ham, huhhhhh??? Guy behind me ordered a turkey 6inch and had 3 pieces of meat but understood clearly what my complaint was. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Employee was extremely rude to me and the person in line in front of me. I asked for bacon to be toasted longer and she yelled at me. The carbonation was out in drink station and I asked if I could switch drink which she told me I could and proceeded to take my cup which I had already put my mouth on and put drink in and took it behind the counter and set it by the sink. As I sat down and ate my sandwich she then began to rinse the cup out and put it BACK ON THE STACK OF CUPS. As customers come in there’s no greeting to them and she’s on her personal phone having a whole conversation the whole time while taking orders didn’t wash her hands or anything. Very unprofessional , rude and unsanitary! Will not be spending my money here again!!
Stopped by early was a lady in by herself. Her English was very broken and she barely knew what went in each sub. I ordered the all American I git 3 piece of turkey 2 PC of ham an 2 PC of roast beef then u wanted bacon. Which was extra she gave me 1 and half PC of bacon. Total almost 9.00 never again. Subway do better.. wat a true let down...

They over charge. I pay more at this location so I go to the one in Walmart because they don’t charge as much and it tastes better. Go across the street to Walmart and get one there. You will SAVE money.

Very rude
The server was so rude, place super dirty, she spoke a bad language in Spanish without any reason at all for her to uttered bad words. Without her knowing I understand what she said. She said she can spit into the sandwich. I just left the place. Hoping the management will take good care of her attitude. She was touching food without gloves

Poor customer service. I ordered thru Uber eats for pick up. 7 min drive. The sandwich artist insisted that someone “uber eats driver” had picked up my food and another order, moments before I arrived. By confirming the name on my order. “Lies” I’ve worked for subway. Seven mins wouldn’t have been long enough to make my order. The cutting boards were spot less. The sandwich artist was lying, a con artist. She didn’t fool me tho. So far every subway in my area has some type of issue like this or are closed. Eat here at your own risk.

Food was what can be expected from a good Subway, but unfortunately the service isn't there, either they can't make food on time because they're working slow or there's only one employee working so everything is behind. I ordered on the app both times I've gone to this particular location and both times it was late to come out. Not worth the hassle for Subway level food.
Parking: It's not a well laid out parking lot and it's a pain for my car (A Honda Civic) to navigate at times as well as it's just not enough parking.

They refused to take my coupon, it’s a subway coupon… this is a subway… how are you gonna not let me use my coupon.

They don’t take coupons, they close an hour before their listed time, and the lady at the register told me to wait before she served me so she could finish playing her game on her phone.

The woman working on 8.19.24 at almost 7PM was ABSOLUTELY rude!
I showed her my coupon and she REFUSED to take it.
Straight up said “no, not here”
I asked her why?
She couldn’t or wouldn’t even answer me.
Just shook her head at me.
I showed her how it said in store and she said “no, online and not here”.
An absolute LIAR!
I’ll never be back.
I drove out of my way to come here.
