This Subway has never disappointed me. I always feel welcomed by the friendly staff. They actually listen when making your request as ordered. What always gets me is the fact of them making it nice and hearty as portrayed. The home style chicken wrap is delicious.

This location seems careless and employees are incompetent. I only order here when the online ordering is off as my usual location. My order was messed up. They put pickles on my sandwich when I do not have pickles selected. I called to get a refund and the manager was rude. I was informed she can’t give me a refund and I have to wait to hear back from the owner. What manager can’t handle customers issues?

Walked in first thing I noticed is 2 staff members one with beautiful tredlock (male) the other with stringy, dirty looking hair that look like it ain't been washed in weeks. Neither had hair nets on which is "Required under NC Health code on food service" when asked the manager woman with the shorter hair about this she immediately became hostile and rude saying "we don't have to follow health code, because we don't have the money to buy hair nets" wow!!!I'm I could do without the rudeness and possibly "high possibly " that I'll have hair in the sandwich... You won't get my money. Imagine what goes on in the back with the food...

Signs all over about the meats now being freshly sliced but besides some new subs it all looked the same, the meats were all sliced in the stainless tubs like always.

Everytime I come here there is only 1 (yes one!) person working during the lunch hour time of 12noon-2pm. I have given up on this place totally. Never again and calling management on this. I waited 20 minutes for one person to fix the 3 footlongs ahead of me. Stood there waiting and as I order you have no more tuna!??!! Are you kidding me. I walked out upset as I had just spent almost 30 minutes of my lunch hour waiting. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS. YOUR LOCATION HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

last time I was here few months back, the staff was super rude and arguing with a customer but just now, the young woman working was super nice. Subway if you’re reading this please hire more people like this. Night and day difference. Glad I have this place a 2nd chance :)

Business hours is incorrect. It says subway works till 10:00pm and we came 9:38 pm, but guy said it’s already closed. I ask him about so it’s 9:38 pm and they closed 10:00 pm, and they answered so 10:00 pm its a time when they are leaving this facility. So incorrect business hours, wasting time…
