Do not Mobile order here! They will skimp out so much on veggies if they even put on half the ones you ordered they do not follow any special request and they won’t put but maximum one sauce on your sub I ordered mayonnaise and mustard and extra red wine vinegar and they only put mayonnaise

Maybe yall should keep your establishment open when it’s supposed to be open and not close early because you have a bunch of lazy employees the food is always great here but the last 3 times I’ve came was during open hours and all 3 times the lights have been off do better or just close down your business as a whole

I’ve never experienced such disrespectful customer service in my entire life. Me and my wife went Christmas shopping and decided to get us some lunch after doing so at this subway located in Walmart. My wife then decided to go use the restroom and at this time one of the male workers came up to me and said if he could get my number because of one of the other females that work there wanted it. I told him immediately I am happily married, showed him my ring, and then inform my wife of this disrespectful engagement as soon as she walked in. We then brought it to the franchise owners attention for he was on site. The disrespect that is shown here on front of the franchise owner shows a very poor representation of the company as a whole. This placed my pregnant wife in a very upset mood on a day that was suppose to be filled with happy emotions and experiences. Please make sure you do not support a place of this level of unprofessional practices.

There being rude like some other people half pointed out, there's being in a bad mood, and then there's being harassed out of the store. Lord forbid you try to use one of the many empty tables because he'll be in your face about whether or not you ordered food at the establishment.

I was thoroughly disgusted with my experience. I dont know how this subways is still operating. I could have ate better sandwiches from the trash. My tuna did not have any red wine vinegar when I ordered more. There was so little lettuce I had to use a magnifying glass just to find it. No salt and pepper or parmesan cheese. If the restaurant is hurting that bad for vegetables, sauces, and spices they should close the doors. Then the Ultimate BMT was not ultimate at all it did not have the appropriate amount of meat nore did it have double cheese. There was literally only one piece of each meat. I should be able to make a mobile order and get bare minimum service. I should not have to come in to babysit the workers making the subs. This has turned me off from subway entirely. I hate Jimmy John's but at least I get elementary level service there which is more than I can say for this subway.

Bread so hard and stale had a rough time chewing it .
Waste of $20 for two subs never again eat at this sub way .

We came to this Subway last weekend and it was the best expirience ever, the crew members were way too nice and kind specially the manager Erik, he took our order patiently and made us feel so confortable. We”ll definitly comeback again.

Drove 30 mins to the store to pick up a paid for order placed on the app. They canceled it immediately upon receipt bc the app ran a special. Didn’t call or let me know, just let me show up to be disappointed.There are better subways even close by. Don’t go here. Not worth it.

Very rude man (I think he was the manager). The sandwich I ordered from tge menu behind his head stated it was to be toasted. By the time I realized he was not toasting it and had not put on the bacon, he already had put on tge lettuce & tomato. I told him it was to be toasted, as the menu stated, he acted like it was a big deal so I said just forget it - howcwr cold bacon did not work. I took it back and told them to make it over. He got very rude - threw tge sandwich in the garbage and said "you have to tell thm toasted when you order". I asked why the menu stated toasted if they did not automatically do it. Again, VERY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE!! Don't waste your money there, we sure won't!

How I regret not having read the reviews before visiting this establishment. I always go to the stand alone subway around the corner and NEVER have had issues there. Figured I’d order a sub since I was already inside Walmart- mistake number 1. I placed an order through the app and for some reason is didn’t go through on their end. The manager Eric (Hispanic guy) was very rude, saying I probably ordered at the wrong location and whatnot - and to top it off the Indian lady very much defended his actions and justified his tone as being “the way he is”- which in hindsight, is totally unacceptable when working in the hospitality industry. I understand my order didn’t go through, but man could he have been a smidge nicer about it. I asked to place an order since it seemed they could care less about the situation. When I was about to pay, I looked through my app and refreshed it which made the order go through properly. He did apologize for his tone with me at the end but I just want to bring attention to this establishment so he can receive the proper training he needs to interact with customers or find another job that doesn’t cause his sour attitude to ruin people’s day . Only positive I can say was everything looked clean. Either way, will not be going there again, and advise people to steer away this business that doesn’t know how to treat paying customers.

Incredibly disappointed that I did not find out we couldn't use our coupons until checkout, despite me obviously juggling them as we were ordering. Service was "ok" until then. Food was NOT the freshest with brown lettuce and I'm not sure if their oven wasn't hot enough, but there wasn't any difference between our toasted subs and our untoasted subs. Try a different Subway.
