Since the place changed ownership the service and food have taken a dive into the gutter. Now I see they are charging for any extras not included in the description of the sandwich. I don't know if this is company wide since they are franchises or if this is due toe the political situation filtering down the chain. I will give this franchise a wide berth for now on. A shame because it used to be a great place. Replace it with another restaurant.

They leave the bread in the machine overnight and leave the cookies in the container overnight too. So it’s not eat fresh. Beware.

order was completely wrong, could not even pack the correct cookies, 6 of the same flavor. I don’t know how they managed to get something out of every part of my order incorrect. Will not be ordering from them again.

If I could give this Subway a 0 I would! It's the WORST! They advertise a meal deal, and you can't even customize it! Ridiculous right? And to top that off they don't even speak English well! The lady asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted, which I replied to as no, as she proceeded to tell me it had to be toasted. Also, she said i could not add or take off anything! Horrible experience, never going back.

I ordered 2 subs to go and half of ones vegetables were on the wrong sub.... How does that even happen. Some veggies weren't on either. How do you do this when the ticket is right in front of you!?!?

Do not Mobile order here! They will skimp out so much on veggies if they even put on half the ones you ordered they do not follow any special request and they won’t put but maximum one sauce on your sub I ordered mayonnaise and mustard and extra red wine vinegar and they only put mayonnaise

Maybe yall should keep your establishment open when it’s supposed to be open and not close early because you have a bunch of lazy employees the food is always great here but the last 3 times I’ve came was during open hours and all 3 times the lights have been off do better or just close down your business as a whole

I’ve never experienced such disrespectful customer service in my entire life. Me and my wife went Christmas shopping and decided to get us some lunch after doing so at this subway located in Walmart. My wife then decided to go use the restroom and at this time one of the male workers came up to me and said if he could get my number because of one of the other females that work there wanted it. I told him immediately I am happily married, showed him my ring, and then inform my wife of this disrespectful engagement as soon as she walked in. We then brought it to the franchise owners attention for he was on site. The disrespect that is shown here on front of the franchise owner shows a very poor representation of the company as a whole. This placed my pregnant wife in a very upset mood on a day that was suppose to be filled with happy emotions and experiences. Please make sure you do not support a place of this level of unprofessional practices.

There being rude like some other people half pointed out, there's being in a bad mood, and then there's being harassed out of the store. Lord forbid you try to use one of the many empty tables because he'll be in your face about whether or not you ordered food at the establishment.

I was thoroughly disgusted with my experience. I dont know how this subways is still operating. I could have ate better sandwiches from the trash. My tuna did not have any red wine vinegar when I ordered more. There was so little lettuce I had to use a magnifying glass just to find it. No salt and pepper or parmesan cheese. If the restaurant is hurting that bad for vegetables, sauces, and spices they should close the doors. Then the Ultimate BMT was not ultimate at all it did not have the appropriate amount of meat nore did it have double cheese. There was literally only one piece of each meat. I should be able to make a mobile order and get bare minimum service. I should not have to come in to babysit the workers making the subs. This has turned me off from subway entirely. I hate Jimmy John's but at least I get elementary level service there which is more than I can say for this subway.

Bread so hard and stale had a rough time chewing it .
Waste of $20 for two subs never again eat at this sub way .

We came to this Subway last weekend and it was the best expirience ever, the crew members were way too nice and kind specially the manager Erik, he took our order patiently and made us feel so confortable. We”ll definitly comeback again.
