Delicious coffee- smells the way it’s supposed to!! Heavenly. Try Nail On The Head blend!! Amazing service, nicest sales lady from MN- loved chatting w her. Give that amazing lady a raise if she’s not already the owner, that’d be a great person to add in there… sold me coffee when they weren’t even open just yet & chatted w me too- best interaction on this trip yet!! Thank you!!

Great coffee roaster although I am new to the espresso at home scene so I went through an entire bag cause I suck at dialing in ?. I got a good home set up just need to learn how to work with it. However will be going back to get another bag and try to get better. Hopefully I'll have better luck.

I’m not sure where to start with this coffee. So delicious! I cannot recommend it enough. I tried it on a men’s ski trip to Colorado. We drank “Weight in Gold” in a drip coffee pot all week. I had a hard time stopping at 2 cups. Afterwards I ordered a few different bags and blends. I tried “Nail on the Head” this morning in my aero press. Wonderful! Hats off to the coffee scientists at Sugar Creek who geniusly figured out all these perfect blends. Chris Berger is the best!

My wife and I have been ordering from Sugar Creek Coffee Roasters for about 6 months and our experience has been nothing short of fantastic. We moved to Charlotte from Sydney, Australia about a year ago and were really having a tough time finding a roaster that could match the quality of espresso beans we were used toin Australia. Long story short, we signed up for the 4-bag monthly subscription with Sugar Creek a few months ago and have been loving every new bag of beans. The customer service is is exceptional. Prompt, polite, and very accommodating. Chris is a real legend. The beans are roasted the day before they send them out to you, so you get an amazingly fresh batch every time. This level of freshness makes for unbelievable crema when you're pulling your morning shot of espresso. If you're an espresso lover, I definitely recommend that you place an order with Sugar Creek Coffee Roasters.

This is the only coffee we use in our expresso machine. The coffee is the best I have ever tasted anywhere! Chris is such a nice person to do business with! They only roast the coffee after you’ve placed your order and they deliver to my house since I’m in the 10 mi radius. Our family recommends them to everyone wanting good coffee, love them! ?

8/26/2023The folks at Sugar Creek Coffee Roasters are super professional! They helped me pick out the perfect coffee beans and Denise was super helpful. I ended up selecting the Hit the Hay Decaf Specialty Blend.
I just wanted to say that this coffee is always fresh and delicious! It's always my favorite to use at home in my espresso maker. We like to use Weight In Gold. It's always creamy and has a rich flavor. I prefer to support local and I'm so glad that it's both delicious and produced locally!

Love their coffee and the staff is super friendly. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is they have late opening hours, so I’m unable to stop and get my coffee when I need it. I’ve been out for a while and getting there mid afternoon when they open isn’t too convenient.
Excellent coffee and great service! And you can change gears quick to the beer side too since it's together with Sweet Union Brewing.
Stopped by the Indian Land location. Staff was friendly and helpful explaining how to buy their coffee. He put two bags of different beans together for us. Unfortunately he wrote the same description on both. Not hard to figure which was midnight dark roast. All good
DISCLAIMER: Only tried the coffee.Cute hipster brewer, the beer looks tasty. Popular with the 30-50s crowd, so if you're looking for friends I'm sure Friday nights here are great.Alternitavely, I'm not sure why they call their nitro cold brew with sweeteners "lattes." If you're looking for coffee I can't recommend this place.
