Second time in like a month they have gotten our order wrong. This last time they totally left food out of the bag. Not even a sorry when I tell them in the drive through. Really disappointing and will go out of my way not to return to this one even though it’s closest to me!

I came on July 27th at 12:35 in the morning to get Taco Bell after my usual late night activities on Saturday. I always come to this location and usually have a good experience but however I ordered the number 6 combo. I was informed by the person running the window that they were out of the regular chicken and it would take 5-6 minutes wait. I told him that’s no problem I completely understand I will wait patiently for the chicken. He said okay. I pulled up to the window and received my food without any wait. So I pull off thinking the food is correct only to get home and realize I got cantina chicken. Tasted absolutely terrible and ruined my experience. I order this food specifically for the chicken. I unfortunately will not be coming back when employees directly lie to get past making the food. I was very polite and had no problem waiting however long it took. I would write zero stars if I could tastes like what cat food smells like.

I have been eating Taco Bell for over 50 years and I assure you the quality of the food has went down a lot. I can cook everything they have so much better and cheaper so if we go again because my husband is craving it, I will get some from Wendy's.

So I went in tonight an few hours ago and I could tell how the drive thru was looking from the out while walking to the door to open it all I could do was hear and seal an manger yell my and crushing this another guy out with glasses on he look like he was trying to help with drive thru olders and be on the lines as well also it look like he was trying to train an nother employee how to make food correct week next thing I hear door dash are back up now one would come and me but the I just an manger black with glasses came up to me and ask may I help you and have any one help you cause I seen you in here for min may I offer you something to drink and eat I told him no and proceeded with my order and this thing I heard was was two guys one light skin guy with something on his head we're laughing and giggling and yelling at the other do it or out loud talking about I shouldn't be here I should have never came today or it won't be like this to be messed up don't no body want you here so I went back and set down and waited the manger I guess with glasses did ok to help me out my way while the other manager I'm guess kept joking but to the point some of the managers could be nicer and professional more then likely I will not be coming back but the flood was fresh sorry could be better at nights more professional not like an bunch of people who don't care about us but again great job on the other guy with glasses to keep his cool some people notice more then you think

The entire order on the receipt was correct but the entire order in the bag was all wrong thru drive-thru. Absolutely terrible, will never visit this location again and also deleted my application. Thank you for screwing my order!! You lost a customer. Those who read this be aware that this specific location is awful, do not visit this specific Taco Bell this is the 7th time they have screwed up my orders.
