Guessing the people might be new. Ordered chips and cheese, got no chips, least caught it before I left. Got home, found the crunch wrap had no hard she'll, just a stuffed flour tortilla. Other items were very sloppy.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Manager working 10/24 at 12:40am shouldn’t even be a manager! Absolutely rude and you can tell he doesn’t even like his job. I ordered through uber eats and you can tell they don’t care about their job. The food was POORLY thrown together , everything is falling apart and soggy! Extremely low portions of meat even though I paid for extra meat, Missing 2 items from the order. I called to speak to a manger and he was rude as ever . Why keep yourselves on uber eats late if you’re going to give people poor service when they order late at night ? If you can’t handle working late and continuing to give customers quality food you should find another job. There is literally 5 small pieces of chicken in a taco I paid for with extra meat, you charge for extra sauces and don’t include them in the order, burritos not wrapped right . $30+ spent on uber eats for complete garbage. Will NEVER order from this location ever again. Give your manager some more training on how to properly make menu items because this is sad .

Good service here is non existent. Don’t bother driving coming here. It’s always either that they give you the wrong order or the food is terrible. Tastes like musty fish and the tortillas are stale and hard. Even the baja blast is always tasting like mineral water. Just shut this place down already or get new staff. It’s very obvious the teenagers working there don’t care about their job or maintaining their lot. 0/10

Drive through order. Took their time and gave fresh nacho fries BUT piled our taco supremes on top of the Mexican pizza. Doesn't look very appealing.

Waited for a drink for 10 minutes, standing at the window of the drive thru. The staff was drinking lemonade at that time and asked me 6 times what I wanted. A thin, tall young man with an absent look stood out in particular. I didn't get drinks at the end. When I left, a big line formed. 09.28.2024 10 pm

I am truly disappointed. I modified my order and paid 3 extra dollars and they did not do any of the modifications except grill it. They were not busy. It was obvious it was pure laziness. They even got my drink wrong. We definitely not be going back to this location.

I'm not sure why this place isn't rated higher. I've been here at least 50 to 60 times in the last year and had 2 messed up orders (missing items). Very minor. This is my go to Taco Bell. The food is on point sometimes they over fill the burrito and that's not a bad thing. Staff was always friendly. There has been times were the line is long and at that point I just go somewhere else. Other then that this place is ok with me. Cheap and fast.

Honestly this is the saddest crunch wrap supreme I've ever seen. HORRIBLE ?

To add a little bit of fun, they decided to give us absolutely no sauces either.

Do not go to this location,
I have ordered both online and in person at this location and have never been satisfied. The order is always wrong from this location! Even a simple hard shell taco with no lettuce is too different.
