I went to the Indian Trail NC location by the Sun Valley movie theater. I am usually never in that area. Brittany was awesome. There was a slight mishap in my order I placed on the APP. I also had a pretty difficult order with lots of substitutions. She went well above what I would have said was above and beyond to accommodate. I will purposely go out of my way to frequent this Taco Bell from now on. Also, the food was prepared better than usual for Taco Bell!

Just used the drive through last night. The night crew was amazing! They were super patient while we took a while to order. Their service was amazing, and they were super friendly. They got our order 100% correct and we could tell the food was made with love. Everything was nice and fresh. Everything looked super clean inside/outside too. In the past 3 weeks they're never open on time it's 9:15 they open at 8:00 or they're supposed to open at 8:00. They're not open! I've gone through at 8:30 in the morning and they don't have the food prepared to make what you order! This used to be a good restaurant, and now it's become a joke they seriously need to get better management!!
Manager dont care for services, how you can expect her employees to provide good service. Manager acknowledged my order but then she still keep working on drive through orders and after that she went to do prep, literally she made me wait 27 min before she make my order.

Worst Taco Bell ever I can't explain how horrible the service was they were moving so slow workers appear to be high probably nine other people who were waiting on their order. Some people were waiting for two hours and nasty in the dining room and worker stated to all people in the dining room, that they did not care about the dining room, and only cared about the drive-through and it was our fault that we came in worst Taco Bell ever

This location for some reason is always out of something (chips, beans, rice, beef, etc.). Combine this with the rude staff and messed up orders and its just not worth it. Go 2 miles up the road to the next location.
