Our waiter, Andrew, made our night great. He was attentive light hearted and did a great job. The food is average. It was tasty. Although we knew we were ordering Tapas, we felt that the portions were small even for tapas compared to others we've tried.

First timer. I came on the wrong (an off) night, but I would still recommend this restaurant. I loved the decor, ambiance, and VERY friendly staff. Andrew provided stellar customer service from start to finish.

Was disappointed with some of the food quality and the staffs service. Granted we were a big party and reserved ahead of time, but when we got to the restaurant they said they could not accommodate all of us. Anyway, appetizers and entrees came out before drinks and waters. Probably asked 3-4 times for water and it took 20 mins to get it. Cheese on the truffle fries tasted and felt like paper or even plastic, had to send them back. There was hair in 2 of our parties entrees. I never leave bad reviews for places but I truly feel like I needed to for this establishment. Also, I know it’s normal for automatic gratuity to be added but 20% is a little absurd for the service we received. Truly disappointed and hope they can do better 👎🏻

Just sat there for 15 mins waiting to be served. Was seated and had waiters walking around but no one took a drink order or anything. We were literally the only people in the restaurant. Got up and left and no one even said anything.

We were unable to ever even get drinks. We stood in the middle of the restaurant for over ten minutes waiting to be seated. We had made a reservation for inside and we were seated outside in the cold. After we were seated outside and no one even looked at us for another ten minutes we left. Terrible service and will never return.

It's a small restaurant. When we got there we were offered the patio, which had heaters, so I thought that would be okay. Big mistake. It was a cold evening, and the heaters didn't do the trick, so we were cold. The seating was kind of couches and the table was a heater of some sort...ours didn't work. The problem was that the table was far away. To eat, we had to sit on the edge of the couch to reach our food. My husband commented at one point that he was eating fast just so we could leave. The food was good. The waitress had trouble making a cup of coffee for my husband. There was country music, which I hate. All told, we won't go back.

I’ve been here several times and always enjoy the food, drinks and service. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Jackie is awesome. We will be back very soon ❤️

Cute decorations. Service was very slow. Even to get our bill took over 10 mins. Portions are small.

Kid-friendliness: Not really. Small dinning area and have bench on one side chairs on other. Not designed for kids.

I feel for the staff working here because they tried their best in a tough situation, but phew this was the most unpleasant dining experience I’ve had in a while, and we’re low maintenance patrons. We had a reservation at 6pm and didn’t get our food until almost 8pm. As we waited, the poor server had to inform us that they only had one order of the entree that two people in our party ordered remaining. They ended up sharing the dinner. The restaurant was extremely short-staffed, and everyone who was working was very apologetic and courteous, but the overall experience was such that I won’t go back. We watched multiple other parties leave as they stood around waiting. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the staff was in a bad situation and remained kind and genuinely apologetic.

Might have been the worst service and food I’ve had in a restaurant in 30 years

Props to the decorator but I’m not a fan of having a reservation well in advance and not being seated for well over half an hour and hearing other tables say they’ve been waiting over an hour and half for food. Second time I got hit with “we’re short staffed”. I get it that’s the nature of the restaurant industry right now but still maybe have someone out front letting people know it’s gonna be awhile. My party left for another restaurant, as did several others.

I went to tap and vine tonight and while I understand they were very busy, the wait and temperature of food was unacceptable. Additionally, I watched one of the waitresses in the kitchen lick her fingers 2 separate times and then use that hand to sprinkle croutons on a salad. I ordered the chicken piccata that took an hour to come out, and when it came out the sauce had been sitting out so long that the sauce had a film over it that I could physically peel off. They did comp my chicken dish which was appreciated. My dad got the chicken Alfredo and it was cold and served with penne noodles instead of fettuccini like it says on the menu. The prime rib sandwich was fine, but the meat was a little dry. Then they ran out of chicken and were going to the grocery store to purchase more in the middle of dinner service. My family and I have been here several times and had a fine experience so maybe it’s just due to the holiday pop up bar, but I will not be returning due to the wait and sanitation at this establishment. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Perfect date night location, chicken piccata was divine. We went on a weeknight and they seemed a bit understaffed, maybe due to holiday season. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Based on the location and rating we decided to try Tap & Vine for dinner. Upon entering, we were the only patrons at 8pm. Strike 1. We were seated and received menus. Looking around the decor was upscale, however it was already well past Christmas and they still had a tree and other decoration strewn around the bar area and the tables. Strike 2. We ordered the Bourbon Brown Sugar Glaze Salmon, Chicken Marsala, and Caprese Panini with Chicken. When we received our entrees The Salmon had what looked like they simply poured the glaze on top of it instead of basting the protein. This meant the Salmon was already cooked and the "chef" didn't baste the glaze during cooking. The Risotto was not hot, dried out and not creamy like Risotto should be. The Haricot Verts were also not fresh. The Marsala and Panini were just as underwhelming. To cap off a perfectly bad meal, we watched as one of the employees was painting the door leading into the kitchen during dinner service. Strike 3. Will definitely avoid this location in the future.
