IF I COULD LEAVE LOWER THAN A 1 STAR I WOULD. This is a restaurant my company frequents often for lunch. Usually everything is fine but we decided to do a large takeout order instead of dinning in. Waited an hour for and still wasn't ready for pick up on arrival. When we received the food it was cold and missing ONE meal out of 13. no big deal right? EXCEPT when i called to request it be made and i will come back to retrieve it I WAS MET WITH THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I spoke with a manager with the WORST attitude and argued me down over 1 meal..out of an almost $300 order and 15% tip added. WHY would someone lie about a $12 meal after spending so much money ?? after i was tired of the back and fourth I asked if it would me remade so i could get it and SHE TOLD ME PLAIN AND SIMPLE.. NO....after we just spent $271 the manager REFUSED to fix the issue..IM APPLAUD AND DISGUSTED.. we will NEVER give this ESTABLISHMENT OUR MONEY AGAIN. NOR RECOMMEND THEM to others like we frequently do. THIS WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER AND SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN MANAGEMENT. I have worked in food service before and i KNOW this is not how this should have been handled ESPECIALLY when so much money was spent. a refusal to fix the issue is NOT how you do business. MUCH LESS to sit AND ARGUE with a customer and make matter worst the food was subpar (says 6/12 individuals that actually got there food)

VERY rude staff. Whole restaurant was maybe half full, would not seat my family, one of which is wheelchair bound. I've been a business owner in this area for 19 years and my own staff would have never treated our own clients like this. Shameful.

Met family there for lunch. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we walked in the door. We ordered a variety of food from the menu and all of it was delicious. Will definitely return.

This was our first time back since we moved to Charlotte, it’s been almost a year and a half. We always came for the Philly cheese egg rolls but unfortunately it looks and taste completely different. I also had a hard white object in my burger the size of a tooth . I was informed that it could be a bone. Luckily I did not bite down on it too hard . The service however was wonderful and accommodating but due to the decline of the food we will not be returning :(

First off let me start by saying I will write a 5-star review just as fast as a 2-star review. I went to dinner tonight, with my family of 4 along with another family of 4. We were seated promptly and were greeted by our server who took our drink orders. The drinks came no problem, we ordered apps, they arrived no problem then we ordered dinner and the meals came out, might I add with an excess of ketchup and dressings, but my wife’s dinner was forgotten. We were a little dismayed by this so when we mentioned it to our waitress, she said the kitchen screwed up. I didn’t like the fact that she immediately threw the kitchen under the bus. The manager DID come over and apologize and for the inconvenience and said she will comp the meal which we were grateful for. When it came time to get the 2 separate checks of 4, the waitress had to correct the bills a few times because she couldn’t get the bills correct. When I reviewed the final bill, I noticed we were charged $.50 for a sour cream that we had asked for to add as a topping of one of the meals. As mentioned earlier they were ok giving ketchup in excess which we DIDN’T use but when asked for a sour cream they nickel dimed us. Next, the meal the manager said would be comp’d and taken off the bill was actually on the bill. When we brought that to the attention of our waitress, she then threw the manager under the bus and said “I guess she forgot to take it off, let me get it taken care of for you”. She left the table and came back with the meal removed only to say “my manager removed the meal and added a mandatory 7 plus party 20% gratuity” which was 15% prior to me calling attention to the fact the “comp’d meal” wasn’t comp’d. Why wasn’t the “large party gratuity” mentioned prior to when we were seated or even greeted by the waitress. When I questioned the “large party gratuity” the waitress took a defensive tone which I didn’t appreciate. It’s only 5% and less than $10 but it’s principle. I think it’s just bad business and bad management all around.

Fantastic fresh food and very nice service. I had the blackened salmon and my husband had the fish and chips. I love blackened salmon with spring mix greens, smoked feta cheese, jalapenos, banana peppers, and mushrooms. I get the spicy ranch dressing on the side.

Dined here for the first time today and we were very impressed! The food came out hot and on a timely manner. We ordered the dip trio, pork chop dinner, and the trail house pasta. Everything was delicious. Our server Brandon was very attentive and respectful.
