Moved back to NC 3 years ago, started coming out to the Indian trail Waffle House, Angie served us and we absolutely loved it! I have 3 locations closer to home and I go out of my way just to see her. Definitely a family/neighborhood vibe. I highly recommend!

I feel it’s important to highlight the sharp contrast in service I received.from Nate was courteous, efficient, and truly represented your business well. Unfortunately, the female Caucasian Mqnager pictured below provided a very poor experience — lacking in professionalism and attentiveness. The difference between the two interactions was striking. I believe this should be taken seriously, both to commend Nate , and to ensure that all staff uphold the same high standard of service.”
She told us don’t sit there sit at a clean table but they were all dirty .while she leaned on the counter She rolled her eyes at us … she is the worse excuse of a Manager I have ever seen She was not wearing a name tag while waking with a cigarette in her hand and handling everyone’s food

The server Katie was very rude, unprofessional and cursing on the line due to me asking her to explain my ticket the she had over charged me for. We had to send the hash brown bowl back twice and ended up having it taken off due to the onions being raw, I asked for a steak well done and it was medium well, I only asked for steak and eggs with cheese on the side she charged me for a whole meal. The steak was fat only there wasn't enough meat to taste and it was chewy with no flavor. She walked off the line and stayed outside in the back until we left leaving us without a waitress, another waitress ended up helping us.

It was ok for a quick stop. Staff seemed a bit off and not too happy to be working, however the girl who was training on the 7th that morning was so sweet and great and was the best part of the visit. Food came out kind of sporadic and wasn't really waffle house standard but was ok.

Went in to get an order for takeout. No big deal. Do it all the time. Lady tells me I have to scan a QR code to place an order. Machine is acting up. It’s a register. People have become lazy. Went to different Waffle House down the street. No problem. They even laughed. It’s sad.

I have no idea how this guys run their businesses. I entered, grabbed a menu and waited for any waitress/waiter to take my order. I even let them know that I am ready to order my meal. No one really cares. One of the places that declined my mind to spend my money. Hope they care about customers in future and serve better…

The night shift crew is very cool , the day shift crew is full of angry baby mamas waitresses and trailer park fry cooks. Very bad energy pray over your food orders these workers evoke bad spirits

Janet the waiter was a sweetheart . True angel on earth . Her co worker which was an older lady with dreads was suppose to be cooking . Waiter told her the order and she continued to hose down the place instead of stopping to get to the customers order . I wasn’t patient but I couldn’t fathom someone not having enough sense to stop what they’re doing a help a customer . I ended up buying a drink for my son and myself and left . Won’t be returning if this lady is cooking . I wish a manager was on duty to tell the lady to stop cleaning and make customers orders . It wasn’t the fact that she was cleaning it’s the fact she was cleaning unnecessary stuff while I sat at the bar top waiting . I can see if I was gonna get the food free but no im a paying customer and wanted to be treated as such
It is what it is. Most Waffle Houses in the CLT only let you order food and leave late night. That's kills the culture and I'm sure hurts sales. This one allows indoor dining 24/7
