Paid extra for bacon and tomato on my daughter’s cheese burger. Asked for no ketchup. Burger had ketchup and no additional toppings. Can’t get someone on the phone to let them know so I reported on the app. Last week they forgot a drink (husband picked it up and was unaware of the full order). We eat at Wendy’s 1-2 times a month as a treat for the kids but at this point I would rather drive farther to the one at sun valley just for order accuracy

Been going here for years. Love their bacon,egg &cheese biscuits. Other day I tried the mushroom bacon burger and OMG, it was fantastic. My new favorite. Food always served fresh and hot. Team members at windows always pleasant. Only go to two fast food places, Wendy's and Habit. Hopefully you'll keep this burger on the menu. Fantastic

Went through the drive through, got to the window to pay and the manager was working the window she was a grumpy thing. If you don’t want to work then don’t!! When I pull up there with a smile on my face and ask how your day is and you just sit there and ignore me with a disgusted look on your face messed up!! Then I got a 4 count chicken nugget one of the nuggets looked like it had a big bite gone out of it. Then both burgers weren’t right! What’s the point of asking what i want on my burger if you aren’t going to listen and pay attention!
This Wendy’s is very unprofessional they never pick up the phone no matter how many times u call , the manger is very unprofessional she does everything on her own time and haves a rude attitude

Walked in had to wait not because they were busy but the workers were standing over by the drive thru talking/ playing.
Once someone finally came over, he greeted me with a "I'm ready not may I help you, no smile, no apology for the wait." Just in ready
While ordering the fry guy and his female coworker playing over the fry area. I should have walked out, but I had paid already.
Then I get my food saucy nuggets and fry.
I got to the car, and my fry are cold, and some were hard 😩 if I didn't have somewhere to be, I would have brought them back. Instead, I just won't go back there.
