reading is NOT fundamental for the morning staff. They did a fine job at screwing up every part of my large breakfast order
I visited this Wendy’s location today, May 9, around 6 p.m. While ordering through the drive-through, the employee taking orders was rude, repeatedly cutting me off and speaking with an angry tone. As I approached the window, I noticed that an elderly couple who had just left had apparently forgotten part of their order — likely because it wasn’t handed to them when it should have been. I then overheard the same employee on the headset make a disrespectful comment, saying it was “their stupidity” for leaving without their food. I didn’t address it at that moment, as I was still waiting for my order.
After being asked to pull forward to wait, I was first handed my salad, but I had to remind them they had forgotten my nuggets. At that point, I asked for the name of the employee who had been taking orders and making the rude comment, as well as the corporate contact number. When another team member brought the missing nuggets, the employee named Carrie (or Kerry) also came out and once again spoke to me very rudely. I told her it was unacceptable and ignorant to speak about customers, especially elderly ones, in that way — particularly when other customers can hear. She cut me off and walked away.
To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that the salad I was given was incorrect. This entire experience was disappointing and frustrating. I strongly urge you to better train your staff on professionalism, courtesy, and compassion. If someone does not want to be in this customer-facing role, they should not be working there.
Don was very polite and had great customer service
I visited Wendy's on April 26, 2025, around 9:15 PM, and I encountered a very rude manager. When I approached him about his attitude, he insisted that he was not rude. Even during our conversation, he attempted to deflect blame, suggesting that my ordering style might have been the issue. All he needed to do was apologize for how he came across if he truly did not mean to offend. His attitude suggested that he believes his title excuses his behavior, which it does not.
I initially went in thinking I would be confronting an entry-level employee. However, it was the manager himself who seems to need a refresher on customer service. The situation escalated from a simple order for a chocolate and vanilla frosty. He didn’t understand the request, leading to unnecessary tension. Once we corrected the order, he should have asked if we needed anything else, but instead, he rushed us to the window, which is not how you treat customers.
It’s crucial to remember that the energy we project affects those around us. If he is feeling unhappy or overwhelmed, he should reflect on his actions rather than projecting that negativity onto customers. It’s essential to approach work with a positive attitude or consider a different role if he cannot do so. We did not order after this experience.
The worst Wendy's ever. Food was ice cold. Probably was cooked an hour before ordering.
The managers don’t care about the customers. The cashier was very respectful however the manger was very rude when I requested additional things. Was shorted a nugget which normally would have not been a big deal but the manager’s attitude changed all that.
The employees do not care at all
Anytime we go here we have a problem. The girl at the drive thru took our order, we told her we had a reward for a free 4 piece chicken nugget, when we get to the window she rushed our payment and did not scan the app even when we tried to tell her we had a reward, and then the manager tells us we should have told the employee before we ordered that we had a reward. Everyone is always rude when we come here. We have gotten eye rolls and been ignored literally anytime we come.
There was 10 people working but it took 30 minutes for 4 cars to get there food horrible.
Saturday 29th March 10:21 am. This restaurant is a liar. They have a big sign on the street that says breakfast until 10:30, and at 10:21, with the restaurant empty, they refused to serve me breakfast and told me it was 10:26. It's a lie. It wasn't 10:30 anyway.

Rude customer service the people seem so annoyed to just take your order makes you not even wanna place your order and take your hard earned money else where
Literally every time I come here I'm the only car in the Drive-Thru line. Today I literally ordered just fries. They asked me to pull around from the drive-thru so they can meet their timer. And as soon as I get to the other door they hand me my bag of fries. This isn't unique to this Wendy's. However this is the one that has the most severe of a problem with it.
It's not really a worker issue it's more of an issue with whoever is operating this specific location or whoever is managing at this time. Because I've come at other times of the day or with different staff and it's usually normal where it's like a normal drive through experience. But half the time I end up waiting in a line of three cars on the other side of the building.
The Drive Thru is horrible. They rushed me and and did not listen to a thing I said and were rude through and through. Needs management to look into this.
There were no cars in the drive thru and nobody in the store on a Saturday night at 7pm., the staff tried to not take our order because they had too many mobile orders already (we were a mobile order). 5 minutes after telling them we were a mobile order too they came back over the intercom and reluctantly asked which order was ours and had us pull around. It took another 10 minutes to get our food after that. This location is super understaffed by employees you can tell have no desire to be there. For now I'll just drive the extra few minutes to the one on independence blvd, they seem to always be on point.
Went after a late shift. Great service. Order was correct. Will be back!
