Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Used to enjoy visiting this location for a good meal and pleasant experience, however, it seems to be having a lot of issues nowadays. Hope they can turn things around. Dining room has been closed more than a week and order fulfillment is hit or miss.

Lobby is constantly locked during daytime when it should be open, leading to constant lines stretched outside the building. Also affects Delivery drivers on getting food timely. They can’t pick up their orders for customers etc. ridiculous.

Sadly, we had a horrible experience and will not be back to this location. We ordered food and took it home to eat. When we got home we realized we were not given all of our order, and the food we got was poor quality. My sandwich bread was so soggy with sauce I couldn’t use it, my wife’s boneless wings were dry and all of the fries were cold. Employees were friendly but didn’t do a very good job with the food.

Just tried to eat here, I pulled all three of my kids out of the car (which is a hassle), only for the doors to be locked. Lights on, no one came on out. The door says open at 10:30. This was the second chance I was giving this place. Definitely won’t be back.

Love the food service was bad and disrespectful they didn’t pay attention to my order and I had to continuously say my order multiple times and it wasn’t that there was an issue with volume on either end. I the three my food at me and were dismissive and disrespectful not to mention I was shorted two chicken tenders worst zaxbys in the area. Very upsetting and just hope they get this fixed asap cause I usually love zaxbys.
