i've been to the Zaxby's four times the past two times were good and the other two times I've went they have closed the store early every single time and customers have been complaining walking out because the doors were locked 30 minutes early. You're losing business so if I was the manager, I would be pissed.

The drive-thru was a 20 minute wait for a not very long line, after i finally received my food it was portioned very small and the chicken had a taste as if someone blew cigarette smoke on top of it, tasted like a pure pack of marlboros, i had to throw my meal away i couldn't even stomach it.

Every time we come to this location, Audrey is always super friendly and makes the experience great. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a more friendly fast food employee. This location is lucky to have someone like her.

The food was okay but the service was poorly if im being honest, this place either needs new hires and management or completely just shut the hell down. my chicken sandwich was cold by the time i got it so i tried calling several times, no one picks up the phone, this place needs to do BETTER! 😡😡😡😡😡

I just went to Zaxbys on Independence and oh my God. This store use to have a 100 on their door. Now its a 90 and I I know why. The service is going down hill. The wait in line is getting longer, and the food is not even hot when you get it. I just order veggie egg rolls. They were cold and burnt. Not only that I waited at the window several minutes before they pulled me up just to get cold burnt egg rolls. My fries wasn't in the right box because I ordered a large. I didn't even want to go back in for that, but as i drove down the road to take a bite of my egg rolls they were cold. So disappointed 😞 😔. Can't go back because im on my lunch break. These restaurants really know how to mess a person's day up. It just take seconds to do it right the first time. Quality and service over everything

What can I say. This place has been a disaster and poorly managed for years. Every time I decide to give it a try again, hoping for a positive change, I’m once again reminded why I stopped going the last time. Ordered via app. Arrive a few mins after the ready time provided. In drive thru they really struggled to first understand my very basic name and then to find my order, left the mic on while talking to other employees in trying to figure it out. They did eventually but of course my food wasn’t ready. Not that that ended up mattering. I was 4th in line. It took 28 minutes for me to get to the window. Quite a few folks left the line, tired of waiting. Thankfully I looked in the bag before leaving. Tossed nuggets barely had any sauce and no additional sauce was in the bag. No ketchup was in the bag. No napkins or cutlery either. Asked for extra seasoning since the fries had none on them. Oh, and my large drink, absolutely no ice. At all. So tea was warm. And of course the chicken was barely warm, the fries and bread cold, because of the long drive thru wait. To top it all off, the girl at the window gave me attitude when I asked for the missing items. Unfortunately I didn’t try the drink til I’d already left. Writing this so I have a reminder in 6 months why not to ever go there again.

Absolutely disgusting. I went in a drive through with my bf and while we were waiting there were roaches on the drive through window AND ALL OVER MY CAR. Not coming back for sure. Never in my 25y have i experienced that

I went through Zaxby’s drive thru near my home on September 30th. I ordered 2-4 piece plates one with sweet tea and one with lemonade. One of the meals had more than 4 pieces of chicken but they were much smaller and completely over cooked. Also, I was charged for two Zaxby’s sauces at $.30 each but they were in the little eat in containers not the prepackaged sauce and so less sauce and I was charged $1.00 for my lemonade which I have never been charged for before. I have eaten at Zaxby’s a lot mainly at the Albemarle restaurant but in Matthews 20 years ago. What is going on at this restaurant in Indian Trail???

Doors to inside are constantly locked. Extremely slow service (waits over 40 minutes), long drive thru, won't answer phone (they hang up), very sticky counters, tables, and floors.

Placed an online order and it said pickup in store on the app. So I got out of the drive thru line and went inside only for one of the workers to tell me the lobby was closed and I had to leave. I told him I had an online order for pickup. Waited an hour in the drive thru for cold food ! Will be demanding a refund
