I visited 910 Coffee Co. for the first time on November 4, 2025, and unfortunately had a poor experience because of the cashier working that morning. The employee, who had red hair and several facial piercings, came across as rude and dismissive.
When I asked a simple question about the French toast sticks on the menu, her response was a sarcastic “French toast sticks.” Obviously, I know what French toast sticks are, but as a first-time customer, I wanted to know if the café had a unique take on them like many coffee shops do when they put their own twist on menu items. Instead of politely answering, her tone made me feel like I was bothering her for asking.
Good customer service is just as important as good menu items. I came in excited to try a new local spot, but left disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Every customer deserves basic courtesy and patience, especially those visiting for the first time.
I hope management addresses this and reminds staff that kindness and clear communication make all the difference. I’d like to return someday, but only if the service improves.

The people at the counter were very helpful with creating a drink for me that was not on the menu! The drink created was beyond delicious and without their input it would not have been! The attitude both workers had wad awesome very cheerful it was easy to see they wanted to make all customers happy and well served. I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO BUY MY FRINKS FROM THEM!

Giving this place 3 stars because of the food which I will get into shortly.
First, I wanted to say that this is a pretty spacious and quiet yet lively cafe.
The first thing I noticed as soon as I walked through the door was the fresh, clean air and the gentle scent of a clean establishment. It’s seasonally decked out with plenty of cozy seating, including a large 8-seat table for those that need a place to study. For visual presentation it’s definitely 5 stars.
As for the food, I ordered a caramel latte with Irish cream and a cinnamon roll. Now, by the time I got here there were only 2 food options available: cinnamon rolls and croissants. Against my better judgement, I decided to try out the cinnamon roll. Although it was warmed, upon the first bite it was a bit hard, flakey, and dry. Definitely wasn’t ecstatic about it. As for the drink, it tasted like a normal latte in the sense that it didn’t taste at all like what I requested (so there was no taste of caramel or Irish cream which is what I wanted). Just milk and coffee.

This is a very cute place and good prices but the coffee tasted disgusting. I got their campfire latte and it just tasted like pure syrup. Their espresso tasted very run down and almost like water. I assume it is because they do not have a good coffee bean brand. I got a lotus and threw away the other drink and when I tried the lotus it just tasted like straight syrup. Overall their syrup to drink ratio needs to be worked on. Also the employee was not the most welcoming and she made me feel dumb for asking questions.

Everyone here is always so kind to me and I love them all. The food is delicious and great for when you need to unwind, a nice quiet place.
We love a family friendly place and this is it! Customer service was great and the coffee is reasonably priced as well as delicious! Our daughter loved the kids corner and we appreciated the peace of mind having her play in a safe area with us.

While I normally do not write reviews, nor do I find any of them completely trustworthy. Today compelled me to write. Let me start. I love this place. I love the coffee. I normally stop in everyday on my way to work. There is one barista that is absolutely ugly. She struck again today just now. Not the taller of the two. I’m unsure of her name or if she is even the owner. The problem I asked her for a HOT coffee. When she came back with “I always make yours hot”. My reply was no they are not. Please please make my coffee hot. She babbled a minute. I purchased the coffee. Then she went to serve me. Came from around the counter and pulled me aside. And started lecturing me. I said good day, I won’t be back with your attitude. She stated don’t come back Obviously you treat everybody mean. Lord, 1st I’ve never been ugly nor mean in this establishment. 2nd, girl I’m not a child to be lecturing 3rd, all I did was ask for HOT coffee, not something that my grandbaby could drink out of her bottle.

Edit: I had to take a star away after my experience this morning. The girl working this morning seriously needs to find a new job. Last time she argued with me about what flavor I wanted in my coffee (every morning for a while now I have gotten caramel and lavender). This morning she wanted to argue with me about when she should start my coffee because I was running down to the dollar store and coming back to get it. I told her I'd only be a few minutes and she got sarcastic about it. Then after twice telling me she doesn't like to do that because it might separate and me telling her that's fine I'm running late I need to be able to come back grab it and go, she said I don't like doing that, when's a good time? In like five minutes? I finally was like no now now would be a good time. Took me maybe five minutes to get to the dollar store and back.
I love this place. The staff are friendly and helpful, they learned what I like very quickly and often help me find new things to try.
