This place messed up my wife’s surprise birthday cake. It looks nothing like the picture i sent to them which was off their online catalog. And the order that was confirmed over the phone.
The cake was supposed to be black like the picture with forest green decorative frosting and this is what i got today.
Please do your business with someone else and avoid this bakery.
From the store to the last ingredient of the cake, I can't find a single thing to be upset about. They went above and beyond to make the cake I requested on time and it turned out beautiful! Every person I spoke to at the store was more than nice and extremely helpful on my decision. I will absolutely be using them again. Thank you for the great experience
