Applebee's Grill + Bar

Applebees used to be one of my favorite places to eat lunch, but since most of them close to me have closed I like to visit when I do find one open. This location was alright, the food wasn’t a complete letdown but the menu seems a lot different than what I remember.

I really like the food here and I have been a couple of times but I think last week was my last time here. We came on a Sunday and the place was not busy at all. After standing at the entrance for almost 10 min a girl came over to seat us. The booth was sticky and the floor was sticky. The picture next to our booth was covered with food dripping down it and greasy hand prints. The waitress was super nice. We put in our food order and an appetizer right away. The drinks came fast but we waited a long time for the appetizer to come out. The waitress came back a couple of times and apologized for the delay with the appetizer and we put in our food order. The appetizer finally came out and literally 5 min later the meals came out. My daughter had to use the bathroom, when we went in it was disgusting, trash paper towels all over the floor, in the sink, pee on the toilets, she didn’t end up using it because it was too gross. Plus when you leave the bathroom you can see in the kitchen area and it is not a pleasant sight. This place seriously needs to be closed down and gone thru with a cleaning company. Very disappointed and the sight of the kitchen will stay in my mind and I will not be back. I feel bad for the wait staff there because that ship is sinking.

Came here for my birthday and it was great. Food was perfect and the triple chocolate brownie was amazing. Jesi was a great server and was very nice, we will definitely be coming here again.

Waited over 10 minutes. No one came by the table to take our order or even say hello.

The Server did not write down our orders, so we got the wrong food brought out to us, the wrong drinks brought out to us. I waited 30 minutes for a Mtn Dew. The food was subpar, and made my wife sick. It ruined her Valentine’s Day.

Umm no heat when it's 30 or below is un fair working conditions for those employees we left due to the lack of heat and didn't want to eat with our jackets on. The chips were burnt and I had to add seasoning to all the food.

After going to a Chinese restaurant and seeing roaches we decided to come here and we got our appetizers they were good. When our actual mean came out all of our four dinners were warmed up in a microwave 😔 and were hard or dry and just not great. I've never been so disappointed in my life. Please get it together. Luckily the manager was able to cut us some slack but I don't feel like it was enough due to the sheer lack of responsibilities they need to have when preparing food for their customers.

Nice staff but young girls that just wanted to talk to customers at certain tables. We had to interrupt them to get service. Even to get the bill!
Very nice restaurant, tho. Could have just been the time of day.

Starting off we had an excellent host and server they were both really nice but then not long into the meal it looked like half the workers were taking they’re break right behind us and one female in a grey sweatshirt was walking around and vaping then was standing behind the wall at the bar and vaping around other co workers and they didn’t say anything to her it was just really unprofessional and when we got our food it was lukewarm at best but still tasted fine.

It was a long time ago (2007) I took the love of my life there as a friendly dinner date. It soon became an official relationship after..... but this place always has a place in my heart for the spark that was put in place, that became a roaring furnace of love for my wife. We came back on 12/22/24 and ate here again, and the food was great, and the services was excellent. With fair prices and good food, and great memories!

The host was the best part of the night. After we were seated at a sticky table it was down hill from there. The waitress was nice. We received our almost mold flavored sweet tea and immediately got different drinks. Waited 40 minutes for appetizers and when they showed up they were cold. Almost immediately after getting appetizers, the main course showed up and wait staff is damn near stacking plates on top of each other to fit it on the small booth table. The boneless wings were luke warm and rock solid. I couldn't bite them without being worried I would chip a tooth so I ate the rest of the appetizer. I've been to this resturaunt 3 times in the last 6 years and every time it gets worse. I will not be returning again.
