We randomly chose to eat here tonight for fun. It was my husband's first time eating Applebee's. There was a 2 full meal entrées for $25 deal. We spent a little below 35 buckeroos! (We ordered a bit extra). So much better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Over $70 for the same size meal minus the flavour. The food here actually has moisture and good seasonings. Not dry and bland.

Our server trinity went above and beyond constantly checked on us and was amazing under preasure she ensured our food order was perfect and delivered the best customer service experience i could ever have hoped for.

Very disappointed with my visit. The hamburger bun was stale and hard. I sent the burger back and the waitress returned almost immediately as they had just put a new top bun on the burger. The fries were cold and chewy like they’d been reheated, and my wifes fried chicken was the same — extremely dry the coating was tough and rubbery. After i had paid full price for our meal the pay machine ask me if I wanted to leave a survey. I was in the middle of the survey when the system shut off. That was the last straw, and i asked to speak with the manager. When I mentioned it to the manager, she was dismissive and didn’t seem to care at all. Definitely not worth the money. I don't recommend as there are other places we can spend $57 and get a suitable meal

The service was horrible the waiter didn’t come back around after giving us our food we didn’t get refills for drinks couldn’t get no ones attention for mayonnaise steak sauce nobody had no urgency for nothing!

THIS Applebee's was amazing. We went here over the one in New Bern, NC after having a horrendous experience at New Bern. The Chicken sandwich was amazing crispy and juicy. The ribs were moist. The chicken wonton tacos were delicious. Hailey was an amazing waitress she was polite, friendly, caring, and prompt. This visit was well worth the money.

The waitress was working the bar as well. Poor girl stretched out really thin. The food was not that great! Who serves Italian food and does Not have Garlic bread?? The place needs to be Closed, Cleaned, for Real and new staff hired, then reopen nice and clean. I was really diappointed!!
