I walked up at 9:50pm from a nearby hotel. I see the sign says their lobby closes at 10pm. I go to open the door and it's obviously been locked for a good while. Inside is cleaned and chairs are up so it wasn't like this happened 30 seconds before.

They remodeled the store and did away with the serve yourself sauces..That sauce station is why we like Arbys.Dumb decision by the CEO/OWNER because it's not mandated by corporate to heeb out on the sauces trying to pinch a penny.

Staff was very unprofessional. What im guessing was a manager was standing around on her cell phone. They had store bought cookies and a can of pringles on a metal table thing near food. Employees were in the back eating around the food they serve. I ended up having to go back in because they left part of my order out, and the lady that got the food acted as though I interrupted her doing nothing.
