Miss Nell is the happiest and friendliest lady! She makes it a pure joy to go there and get a sandwich. This is always been my favorite Arby's in Jacksonville, North Carolina. I believe it always will be. The food is always fresh and delicious.
Because I haven't been to Arby's in a while, the staff was very informative on what new products they had and had recommendations as well. Where was a welcomed information?
Order was wrong, they didn't give us any of the condiments that we asked for, I called back to let them know and manager wanted to argue with me. I will never go there again and I will continue to let everyone know that the manager Jason needs to be fired. You don't argue with a customer over anything!!!

This Arby's is so good. I've never had bad customer service at this location over the years. The building is a bit dilapidated and could use some repairs, but the food is solid.

I don’t understand the purpose of moving someone from the window, making them wait an additional 8 minutes (told for mozzarella sticks and curly fries) and then still not including the whole order. Forgot mozzarella sticks and curly fries. I will not move from the window in the future due to this being a constant occurrence especially with no one waiting behind me.

I came through the drive thru tonight and had a lovely experience! I don’t ever have high expectations for fast food service (especially later at night) but Dawney and the other lovely young lady working made sure to serve me hot food with a smile. I hope someone in management makes sure to give them kudos :)
