The food and service is trash. And the food is overpriced for it's quality. $40 for 3 sandwiches and a large sweet tea is insane. I got a turkey bacon cheese sandwich and the turkey was soggy as if it was frozen. And barley any ranch on the sandwich. And the sweat tea is disgusting and taste like the dispenser hasn't been cleaned out in weeks. Never eating here again

I ordered doordash, the order was ready quickly. When it arrived the fries were do cold you could taste the grease! The sprite was pure carbonation! I called not their problem they say it was “sitting awhile “ . It wasn’t cooked fresh to start with and the sprite is an issue with them. I was going to ho up there to get another sprite and bring them this one back oh no it’s a door dash issue NOT!!! I am done with this place! 3rd time i have had an issue but i kept giving them a chance! Not anymore!! It’s not the drivers fault they provided very poor quality food and drink.

I was given a coupon...in Jacksonville for a "buy ANY sandwich, get 1 free." The kid at the window went back & forth w/me insisting that it only included regular roast beef sandwiches. When I told him for the 3rd time it specified ANY, a girl asked me to pull to the window. Once doing so, she then tried to tell me my coupon (again rcvd in Jacksonville) was for the Richlands locations only. I had to then tell her that I got it in Jacksonville. It wasn't til then that I rcvd my sandwiches. The lemonade had a metal taste also. I won't visit this location again.
Worst arby's besides for the one on Western.I paid for a birisket and a double beef and cheddar combos and I called them in the lady Stated that she put 6 giant things of meat on there. It didn't even look like a single beef and shudder, and she's talking about. You can come back and get another one. The one in newborn does it weigh better? I would not go to any of the arby's in Jacksonville period She refused make it. Right. When I called her she acted like I was lying when I wasn't.I paid $25 for a both meals and I didn't get that.I would not go there anymore, f.R if arby's employees intelligence are too Lo to make sandwiches properly.Maybe they should go to taco bell where they hire legal immigrants It was also at night time too. So the crews during the day are way better than the night cruise, because of who they're managed by. I this time it was a black lady with long ghetto nails and fake hair claiming . To be the store manager and the district manager and training, she needs to be fired.

Probably the BEST Arby's I've ever visited. Food was excellent for our party of six. When we arrived an employee was actually wiping down the chair legs on all the chairs! Now that is clean!
