We placed an online order last night to pick up, the older woman working was such a sweetheart. I didn’t get her name, but she was great!!!! Food was good too. Those new steak nuggets are my favorite. They weren’t chewy at all, they were super moist and fell apart. I’d say more like brisket- but the flavor was YUM. (I tasted teriyaki)

$32 for 2 meals and an order of Jalapeno poppers we did not receive. We had to pull forward with literally no one behind us. I figured it was because the poppers had to cook, so I didn't mind. Apparently that wasn't the case. We should have thoroughly examined the bag. It was a dumb mistake to think anyone cares if you get what you pay for or that it's important to serve customers so they return. 😂 Not worth the drive back. Maybe I'll check back in a year or three or one day when I have extra money to throw down a well.

A few weeks ago walked inside to order and there was NO other customers inside. The employees were huddled together talking. No one ever acknowledged that we were there. Today, we went thru the drive thru, no other customers inside drive thru or inside (from what the parking lot look like). We ordered our food and pulled up to the window. Paid for the food and was asked to pull forward because they cooking the potato cakes. We sat there for about 3-4 minutes when an employee came out with a very rude and disrespectful attitude and asked us to move be to a parking spot because the car behind could not get out, we mov d forward a little more. The franchise owner had f this store needs to make some surprise visits to see exactly how customers are treated. The food was good but the service was -0
