We placed an online order last night to pick up, the older woman working was such a sweetheart. I didn’t get her name, but she was great!!!! Food was good too. Those new steak nuggets are my favorite. They weren’t chewy at all, they were super moist and fell apart. I’d say more like brisket- but the flavor was YUM. (I tasted teriyaki)
Went through the drive through on Sunday 11 2025 at 1:20 pm my wife and I ordered our food through the drive through when my we had to deal with an extremely rude manager. This is total bs. I understand it's a weekend plus mother's day and there are days we all have where we don't want to be there for one reason or another but don't take it out on your customers especially when they are not being rude to you.
Probably the BEST Arby's I've ever visited. Food was excellent for our party of six. When we arrived an employee was actually wiping down the chair legs on all the chairs! Now that is clean!
