By far the worst chowhall I’ve been to on a Military installation primarily due to the non-professionalism of the staff. The side window takes 25 minutes to get through 5 people. The tall skinny girl with glasses is very rude and would put 2 things in my bag because she makes you pick only one item between salad, yogurt, and fruit. Chowhall workers cutting line in front of servicemembers who have to get back to work. Terrible.

Navy Birthday Meal was Outstanding. Everyone did a wonderful job. Everything I eat was just like I did it when I was in the Navy MS1 Davis.
Waiting for the Marine Birthday. 👍🏾🎉👏🏾

They are now enforcing that you can only get food from one line. Why do I pay for this and I cant even get food from both lines? Its such a waste of money and now you can only get pathetic portion sizes. How is anyone supposed to workout and gain muscle? RIP my bulk.

My office got together to break bread to celebrate the 248th Marine Corps at the MCAS New River Chowhall. Steak, lobster and all the sides you can think of.
Dietary restrictions: The chowhall lists all the information about the food being served.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome to eat with a qualified member.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for wheelchairs and the entryway is flat.

You dont realize how absolute minimum we get for a chowhall until you see a Navy chowhall. Anything outside of breakfast is always dry or bland.
