Food was overcooked! From the sesame chicken to the fried wontons. I will not be going back there again.

Get over charged ,doesnt do what was asked. If a customer is letting the person who is supposed to be giving them customer service how to address the customer and they don't do it then the person doesn't care about the customer and isn't applying customer service or no good customer service

Alright….the food was good when we got it. But after seeing a recent review from 2 weeks ago, it jogged my memory. A while back my girl and I were figuring out dinner and she had started an order but at the end of the order, still on the phone with them, canceled the entire order, told them never mind we didn’t want the food as we had found other plans. they confirmed that we did not want food from them anymore, however, 30 to an hour later, a lady showed up with the food and pressed us into paying. Didn’t think anything of it, but clearly there’s a shady trend here. 👎 terrible business behavior.

Honestly would give this place zero stars if I could. Me and my husband called in to place and order and during the process my husbands phone had died. I then tried to call back on my phone and the line came back and said “phone number not in service”. So not thinking anything of it me and my husband order from elsewhere! Now this is where things take a turn. After 1 and a half hours we hear a knock at our door and then our doorbell ringing and noticed a vehicle in our driveway we didn’t recognize. It was the delivery driver guy with our food that we never full even finished placing due to above incident. So the delivery drivers calls my husband and says really rudely “well you could’ve said you didn’t want it” well we tried to call back and the line didn’t go through. After 20 minutes the store phone number called my husband about 2-3 times back to back and we didn’t answer. Then we get a PERSONAL TEXT MESSAGE FROM ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES saying that we were lying and if we didn’t have enough money we should’ve just said that….. and was harassing us with non stops text messages. You’re employees need to do better and NOT personally message someone’s phone. Unprofessional

This place has been my go to for a while now but as of recently their service as far as delivery service and getting food out in a timely manner has been slipping. Overall it has gone from one of my favorites to a not so favorite.

The food was ok, it was not bad and it was not the greatest I have had. The price was a little over the top for what we ordered not sure if it just went up on the last . month but it was cheaper back in May for the same order.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise this little Chinese take-out is. They had an American woman working the phone and cash register but in the back, five Chinese cooks were working their tails off, and what incredible food they cooked. We ordered the chicken chow mein, the chicken lo mein, chicken teriyaki, shrimp egg rolls, and hot and sour soup. Most Chinese take-outs serve bland chow mein, but Bei Jing Garden's chow mein was the most flavorful chow mein that I've ever tasted, just delicious; likewise, the chicken lo mein was flawless, as was the chicken teriyaki. The menu offers pork or shrimp eggrolls, so we ordered shrimp,. They were the best eggrolls I've ever eaten, and my wife and I used to own a Japanese Hibachi. These shrimp eggrolls had a unique bite, and texture, to them. My wife is Asian, so she always orders soup. I'm not a soup person, but I've always at least tasted the soups from the many different Chinese restaurants we've eaten at. Bei Jing Garden's hot and sour soup, which was only $3.69 for a small, which was pint, so plenty for two, and it was delicious and just stocked with egg, mushrooms, and tofu. We recommend this little take-out wholeheartedly. You will not be disappointed.
