Well I have to say sticker shock big time! 3 little pizzas were 42.00 . Toppings were very little for the price. Not enough sauce on the pizza either. Barely enough sauce to cover the crust. I had to ask for a little more on the last one being made which seemed like work to the person making it.Not impressed at all. Live and learn.

Our first time at Blaze Pizza, Jasmine was so extremely kind and helpful finding out what was right for us! Her customer service is some of the best I’ve had in a while, she was so friendly and made our experience that much better. We will definitely be returning, on top of great customer care the ingredients were very fresh and delicious. We will be returning customers soon!Kid-friendliness: Nice and clean high chairs and booster seats available for indoor and outdoor use.Wheelchair accessibility: I did notice the restaurant had a wide pathway to get to the ordering counter and there was also a wheelchair accessible booth when you walked in.

Ordered online, only to arrive and the guy says “oh crap”. Waited while he made our pizzas then he messed up one of them and had to remake it, waited again. Asked if we could have complimentary drinks for the inconvenience and he and his other coworker had to deliberate for quite some time before letting us have them. Terrible service with awful time management and poor attention to detail. Doubt we will be back.

Goofy was great and the food was amazing. Goofy treated my son really well and he was so happy to accommodate his willingness to get whatever and put all the drizzles.

Picked up my mobile order and checked my pizza, it was overcooked and dry and missing half the crust because it formed improperly when being pressed. Mentioned it to the employee, they said thats normal and didn’t seem to

Pizza was burnt on the crust, middle of the crust was soggy, sauce has no flavor, and the toppings were disappointing. Big blob of cheese, hardly any ham on it. Disgusting. I won’t be back, Jacksonville needs to do better all around. Stop hiring teenagers who don’t care and management with no customer service training whatsoever.
