Blend is the one place that can completely turn my day around — from feeling miserable to feeling like I truly belong. The staff are always so kind and genuine. Blend isn’t just a spot to grab a drink and move on; it’s a place where every detail is done with heart, and it always brightens my day.
The Poppin’ Pink has become my go-to. It gives me the perfect boost to refocus on work, keeping me productive and smiling the rest of the day. What I love most is their consistency — from the day they opened until now, every team member (new or old) greets people with the same warmth that makes you feel valued.
Blend has become part of my daily routine, and I’m so grateful for the energy they bring to Jacksonville. This place is underrated and deserves so much recognition. Thank you, Blend, for all you do!

Awkward, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. The behavior toward my husband was so obvious that even he pointed it out, which made me even more uncomfortable. I will never return, and I suggest others think twice before going here.

Today I had one of the best pineapple and pina-colada smoothies that I have ever had. Made without milk, so good, and so refreshing!! This is a sweet quiet cafe where friends can come together to eat and share. I will definitely be coming back!! Great job Blend Cafe💕

Atmosphere is nice. Especially during spring time. I’ve been coming here for a year now.
When I first came here, it was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so nice. Food was delicious (and some still are).
I am unsure as to what has changed. The past couple of times I have went, something has went wrong each time. The first time, there was hair IN my sandwich. My friend and I did inform them of this and they fixed it, but not for another 20 minutes with attitude. Then I had went another time, my friend ordered a sandwich she was so excited to get (she had tried it before) and again everything was messed up. There was no mayo as requested, and they did not remove some of the items my friend requested to remove. No problem right? We let the staff know. They took the sandwich back, took off the item requested and gave her a side of mayo……with nothing to spread it with. At that point my friend was defeated and we just quietly picked up our stuff and left. We had also tried the coffee flight which unfortunately was not good in our opinion at all but if others like it, to each their own. There is plenty more of these problems but they all basically go with the two listed above. Why do I go back? I believe in supporting local businesses, maybe they’re just having an off day. No problem. But for this to happen multiple times over the span of 7 months is absolutely ridiculous. I am not sure if it’s the training, or if they simply just do not want to but unfortunately I will not be returning. Especially with some of the replies the owner has given which is unprofessional. I believe in supporting a small business when they work hard.
I also heard they were under a new owner so maybe that is it.
Anywho, this is just my honest review.

I just recently moved here about two weeks ago and my cousin was telling me about a cafe she wanted to try out! I’m a huge coffee girlie so I was excited to try this place. First walking in, beautiful atmosphere, really cute interior. The customer service is what turned me off. We were stared at, none of the employees said “welcome/hello”, and they all had an “annoyed” like disposition when communicating with us. Other than the customer service, the food/ coffee was really good.

Had the Greek for the first time here and it was sooooooo good. Also as a vegan who doesn’t eat sugar it’s very hard for me to find a place that carries unsweetened plant milk and unsweetened matcha and this place does! You guys nailed it thank you for a great experience.

We have driven by Blend so many times and finally made it in. It was amazing! The smores cold brew was the best coffee my husband's ever had, I had a sandwich that came with pickle and chips that was a great size, delicious sour dough bread. Looking forward to going back and trying some of the other menu items and drinks. If it was a bit closer we would go here regularly!
