If I could give 0 stars, I would today. I visited your location at marine boulevard in Jacksonville. North Carolina. I was distracted and didn't pay at the first window and pulled ahead to the second one. I was 2 car links ahead when the lady at the first window was waving her hand out the window for a whole minute, so I stuck my head out the window and said, I'm sorry that I missed you. I'll pay it the next window to which she replied not to yell at her. I was too car leaks ahead. I don't know how else I could have told her when I got to the next window. There was a lady holding her arm up barring 3 other employees from speaking to me. I could hear her saying, no, no, it's not worth it. Don't worry, I'll handle it. I gave them a $20 bill. But became increasingly uncomfortable with how aggressive they were being at the time The window So when they open the window again, I said I would just like my money back. A very nice lady in a red shirt came to the window, and I explained to her what had happened.And then I would just like to get my money back and leave.She was very understanding and said that she would get me my money back.So I waited a few more minutes in the line.When a man named dakota, who was the manager, came to the window and said that he would like an explanation as to why I wanted my money back.And I told him, at this point I just wanted my money back.And to leave and go somewhere else, he said the only way I could get my money back is.If I came into the building, so I came into the building where I had one of the worst interactions in my entire life.He was extremely rude and unprofessional.And after a back and forth, he said that he would not return my money back to me until tomorrow.He kept my cash and gave me no food and refused to give me back my $9.02. I recorded the interaction and would very much like to post the video, but it would not allow me to do so. All I wanted was a biscuit this morning and instead I had my money stole from me, from a company that is not allowed to keep cash while rendering No service. Considering how aggressive everyone was in the building.I will never go back to Bojangles on Marine Blvd again. I'd like someone from corporate to contact me so that they can see the videos that I took of the whole interaction.

Horrible customer service. All menu items aren’t on the app. Tried calling in the order, put on hold bc they were “so busy”. After 10 minutes I drove over and no one was in line inside and there were on a couple of cars outside. Had to wait 15 minutes for chicken to cook and another 10 to pack up the order. Very poorly managed location. However, the lady at the register was very nice.

Recently I visited this location. I ordered a cinnamon twist, they gave me a cinnamon twist that staff had been eating on. The staff did not offer an apology, instead they asked if I could pull up and wait for a fresh cinnamon twist. I kindly asked for a refund. Please check your food before driving off.

I gave it a 3 star rating because of the 2 stars I took off for false advertising. Saw a commercial for a new chicken and waffles breakfast sandwich for a limited time only and got excited until I went to my bojangles and told me they don’t serve it at this location and yet the commercial I’ve seen 2 days in a row being advertised in the Onslow county nc area. First time this happened to me was another commercial for a sausage and bobery breakfast sandwich which was also not available in the Onslow county area and yet continues to show commercial on a sandwich not available for the area.

I wish I could say my experience was good like everyone else but I guess not. I walked in this particular bojangles on 02/18 at 11:30am and noticed two Caucasians in front of me. I ordered 16 pieces of bone-in chicken and the lady at the counter(all teeth in her decayed) told me the people in front of me ordered 8 pieces so I will have to wait for about 20 minutes. I told her that I cannot wait that long because I am working and I just want to drop this food off to my pregnant wife and kids who are home sick. This lady SUGGESTED to me that she can mix a little bit of bone-in chicken and some of the bone-out and I said yes that will be fine. I paid $47 for all and she boxed my food for me with smiles just to get home and notice that it was all bone-out chicken. I was upset but I realized that I may not look like the kind of people she would want to serve to make them happy. This woman knew what I wanted but looked straight in my eyes, smiled with her decayed teeth and lied to me, made me pay for what I did not want. Very disappointing. I get it, I am not welcomed there anymore so I will give you the pleasure to serve folks who look like yourselves.

Went in to get a iced tea, waited at empty register for several minutes. Was told by an employee he'd be right with me. He took an order outside returned and walked right by without saying a word. A female employee asked if he helped me and he told her "doordash comes first". Well, they can come first because I walked out.
