I gave it a 3 star rating because of the 2 stars I took off for false advertising. Saw a commercial for a new chicken and waffles breakfast sandwich for a limited time only and got excited until I went to my bojangles and told me they don’t serve it at this location and yet the commercial I’ve seen 2 days in a row being advertised in the Onslow county nc area. First time this happened to me was another commercial for a sausage and bobery breakfast sandwich which was also not available in the Onslow county area and yet continues to show commercial on a sandwich not available for the area.

I wish I could say my experience was good like everyone else but I guess not. I walked in this particular bojangles on 02/18 at 11:30am and noticed two Caucasians in front of me. I ordered 16 pieces of bone-in chicken and the lady at the counter(all teeth in her decayed) told me the people in front of me ordered 8 pieces so I will have to wait for about 20 minutes. I told her that I cannot wait that long because I am working and I just want to drop this food off to my pregnant wife and kids who are home sick. This lady SUGGESTED to me that she can mix a little bit of bone-in chicken and some of the bone-out and I said yes that will be fine. I paid $47 for all and she boxed my food for me with smiles just to get home and notice that it was all bone-out chicken. I was upset but I realized that I may not look like the kind of people she would want to serve to make them happy. This woman knew what I wanted but looked straight in my eyes, smiled with her decayed teeth and lied to me, made me pay for what I did not want. Very disappointing. I get it, I am not welcomed there anymore so I will give you the pleasure to serve folks who look like yourselves.

Went in to get a iced tea, waited at empty register for several minutes. Was told by an employee he'd be right with me. He took an order outside returned and walked right by without saying a word. A female employee asked if he helped me and he told her "doordash comes first". Well, they can come first because I walked out.

The food was fresh! And the service was friendly and quick. I knew it was after the lunch rush so the dining room needed a little cleaning but all in all I enjoyed myself.

i waited nearly 30 mins for my order in the drive thru just to be forgotten that they pulled me up . i had to go inside to see what was taking it so long and still had to go back to my car to wait for my order. as i got home and opened the tailgate box the dirty rice was very watery and the mashed potatoes were not filled up it was maybe 2 scoops worth. i am not satisfied

Whats going on. I come order 15 biscuits and they act like they don't want to work telling me it's a long wait. I already know that.

7:30 am. Saturday morning. One car ahead of us in the drive through. No delay. We ordered two smoked sausage biscuits, a picnic bo-rounds and a gravy biscuit. Except for the gravy, the entire meal was inedibly cold. This reflects directly to the manager. Bojangles needs to start a better hiring process.

Good food and service. I do not like the fact that if I order food on my phone app that I have to go inside to pick up my food. It would be more convenient to be able to pick up in the drive through or have it bright to my car. I will probably not be using my app to shop here anymore.

I tried to order dinner here on Tuesday 9/24 and was told there was a 15 minute wait for chicken, so I went somewhere else. I went back on Wednesday 9/25 and was told there was a 25 minute wait for chicken. This is a restaurant that serves CHICKEN. How can they not have chicken ready for customers when they know the dinner rush is about to begin??? Both days I was there at approximately 4:45-5:00.

I use to come here often. Food was good. But I had stop do to the fact one the employees father comes here a lot. And talk crap about the employees & owner. Especially customers he don't even know. I will not come here. Too much bad energy every time I come.
The food wasn't all that great like it used to be. But the packaging was great.
