It's so hard to fathom how they can completely leave something out of my order when it's only 2 things. Had to drive back 5 miles. Not even an apology. Retarded children can do much better. Brain dead entitled idiots out there. Never again. Unbelievable where this generation is headed.

Depending on which Bojangles you decide to patronize the food and experience will have a different result and outcome. Depending on the shift and who is on the shift may affect how your food is prepared. For example today I stopped at a Bojangles near my home and the crew on duty are spot on except for their bo berry biscuits. The other day their regular biscuits were over cooked and could actually have stood in for an ancient weapon. Sometimes the chicken is the size of wings and drumettes. So for facts going to Bojangles is a roll of The Dice along with the time of day you decide to take a chance and roll your dice at Bojangles.
