Pure chaos. We ordered a 2 piece dinner with a drink. Pulled forward and received the drink right away. We sat at the window for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to return. During this time the staff made up of rowdy teenagers we just fooling around. After the long wait our food was waiting at the window the whole time. Come on now. Ridiculous. If you want to play, go play. They offered to remake it but I didn’t trust the work ethic. We demand our money back and ate somewhere else.

i am not much of a Bojangles fan, however seeing that it is close to my parents house with the ongoing weather my siblings and i decided to swing by to grab something after being tired of eating soup for the past few days. upon arriving, we were greeted, however shortly after we were under the impression that we were nothing more than an inconvenience. i understand that as the past week has been stressful due to the weather, but please don’t have the tone with your guests where they feel like they’re a dog. others are also dealing with the same issue currently, as well as myself.

BEWARE. I typically don't write reviews. But I got the tailgate box. First the staff were very rude. Then later on ended up developing food poisoning. The only thing I even got to eat was the chicken. so beware. They are definitely mishandling food.....

The last 2 times I ordered on line my order was not ready . Today when I went in told them my name the man at the register told me it will be about 15 to 20 more min. So I went and wasted time came back and was told we never got that order. I showed him my conformation and said I ordered at 5:05 its now 5:45. He said "I don't care if you ordered at 1 I still don't have your order." Thankfully NICOLE came and saved the day . She was so nice and found the order and apologized. Because of NICOLE and only NICOLE I will be back .

I came for lunch. My hisband ordered and the lady, Melissa does not know what she is doing. We have seen her there multiple times and every time she is always flustered. This time there were only 3 people inside at the time. When my husband ordered, she realized that the heat lamp was off since it wasn't hot when she poked the chicken. She couldn't figure out how to turn it on and had to ask someone. Then she said it would be about 15 minutes. We went back up to the counter 20 minutes later. She said that it was going to be 15-20 minutes more. We told her that she had said that 20 minutes earlier. Then she said that it was going to be 4 more minutes. We did not receive our food for another 12 more minutes. That is aweful service. I was in the middle of asking for a refund when we received our food. On a different note, this has been at least the 3rd time that I have gone to the bathroom and there are big puddles of water. The 1st time it was only in the bathroom. The 2nd time the puddles were bigger. This last time, there was a bunch of water in the hallway leading to the bathrooms and inside the bathrooms. I can understand the floors being wet from moping. This is not the reason, there are big puddles of water everywhere. This will be the last timw that I visit this location. I don't even know how they pass an inspection

I’ve been to this location many Times. There aren’t too many choices at this end of town. Over and over the drive-through is always the priority over People that walk into the restaurant restaurant. This morning takes the cake. It seems that The employees are bothered by people that walk in to place an order. It takes several minutes for anybody to even look In your direction at the register.This morning I saw countless cars go through the drive-through while I was being completely ignored and unacknowledged at the register for at least six minutes at Which point I walked out.Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced has taken place at this restaurant on countless occasions. Just getting a drink refill takes several Minutes.This Review will be my first and only because I refuse to ever Give this location my business again I’m done.
