Asked for a light brown cheddar bo and the biscuit lady didn’t want to do it so I had to ask for a fresh one and still heard her complaining even though I told them the reason why I asked for it, the cashier was nice, did an excellent work. The biscuits pan were really dirty, all crusted up, also there was a cockroach ?

Showed up to an empty drive thru and restaurant. Ordered a 3 piece leg and thigh meal and a chicken sandwich meal. Upon getting to the drive thru we were told it would be a wait and to pull up. No problem. We end up waiting 15 minutes. At this point there are several cars in the drive thru. After over 15 minutes the lady comes out with an attitude and tells me that I didn’t pull up far enough to the spot and now she has to walk food out to the other cars. Which now we have several cars told to wait for food at an empty restaurant. I wasn’t even upset about the wait just the woman’s attitude with me even after the long wait. Once I get home my order is wrong. Like not even close to what I ordered. And again it was a simple order no big changes or anything. Very unsatisfied.
